Well let me start off by saying I normally have a good experience with godaddy but I did have the worst experience ever yesterday. Representative totally ignored everything I said canceled the wrong account it was a disaster. Luckily I decided to call back today and received excellent service. They definitely redeemed themselves. Tony listened I didn’t have to repeat myself she was extremely courteous and efficient. Resolved my issue and I’m a happy camper again. Thanks again Tony!

Be Aware before you Do Business With Get Response!After 4 years paying $49 per month, not receiving any complaints, generating a list over serval thousands in many different campaigns. I received this letter last evening from Get Responsea;The automated monitoring system at GetResponse has flagged your account xxxxxx for investigation due to abnormally high negative metrics (such as spam complaints, bounces and/or unsubscribes).We have conducted a review of your account, and we regret to inform you that a decision was made to deactivate your account and to revoke future access to our services.The direct reason for the account termination is an unacceptably high ratio of spam complaints that your campaigns have been generating.Since GetResponse uses shared infrastructure to deliver emails for 350,000+ of our customers, the negative metrics generated by your campaigns have adversely affected our other customers and their email deliverability. As such, the decision was made to discontinue your service.The situation is unfortunate, however your account activity has dictated this response. We wish you all the best in your future endeavours.-----First: In the four years that I have been a client of Get REsponse I have never had complaints of spam or harrassment and all of my emails have come from THEIR web hook from Their Landing Page!Second: I was not even given the courtesy of a warning email after 4 years of loyalty and no problmes.Third: I was not offered the opportunity to gain any typ of limited access that would allow me to capture the thousands of emails that I gained and put into their system over the years. That is MY content and I have right to MY content according to their terms of the agreement.I also do not have any rights to the content that I uploaded onto their system. What are they going to do with all of that content and those emails? Something is not right!!!They charged my credit card for the monthly fee before canceling my account and did not offer me a refund. That is just downright wrong!The worst part is that I cannot get anybody to contact me about this situation. I am most concerned about my email list that they have captured and refused to allow me access to download and export. Be weary of this company if you are with them export your email list as often as possible because you never know when they will decide to get rid of you. If you are not with them- consider another company before you invest thousands of dollars like me and be out of not only money but your email list. No company should be able to hold onto your property.Now what Get Response does not know is that I have several clients that I manage and if this matter is not resolved will be transitioning them (15) to another provider.As it is bad enough that it is happening to me, imagine me having to tell my clients that the email service provider that I recommended decided that you have too many unsubcribes and decided to dump you oh and by the way they are not going to give you access to your emai list.Terrible!!!

Tried twice to buy a refurbished steam generator iron that Philips offered on its website. Each time the order was cancelled, with no explanation, despite the product still showing as available. Customer Service is a complete waste of time, they can't tell you anything.

I ordered some cushions in may they said it was delivered but I never received them. They want me to show proof of something I never received how is that possible. I tried getting in contact with with them impossible they just keep sending me the same message to show proof. I want my refund and they are refusing to give it to me. I would never buy anything from them again. And boy do I buy. If you see my Amazon account you would understand how much stuff I order was trying something new in ordering from a different company. I’ll stick to Amazon.

Unreliable and Charges for Unprovided ServicesI have had AAA for three years, and I have only one out of three positive experiences. My initial plan was for highest priced plan that included battery replacement. This was the specific reason we chose this plan. Eight months in, we tried to use the service when our battery died in the Winter only to be told that service isn’t offered in our area and we would have to replace the battery out of pocket. This last experience was horrible. I wasted eight hours waiting over two days attempting to get my car towed. I spent multiple hours on the phone with multiple representatives and managers. The service was cancelled and reassigned multiple times. I had to provide my location address multiple times due to previous support not putting it in the system. I asked for text alerts every time I called but never got any. I ended up having to cancel the tow call a company myself just to get it towed in a timely manner. AAA cost me an entire afternoon of work, most of a day off, and additional time waiting on my car to get repaired. You are better off just finding a tow company and paying the money for it yourself than to pay this criminally inept company. Judging by complaints, this is not at all uncommon from this company. This company preys on people’s fear of being stranded in an emergency situation, capitalizes on this fear, then does puts people in the exact situation they were hoping to avoid. This is unacceptable for a company to be allowed to do this to customers with no recourse. Some big law firm needs to pick up a class action lawsuit against AAA.

Honestly? Pretty bad :/ I've invested far too much time into playlist creation & going up my liked songs to change but I just feel like I'm stuck with it now. Constant issues. It still has the green heart not filling in issue that's been going on nearly a year now. It removes tracks from my liked songs list regularly. Car mode is irritating. Group session has never worked correctly. Green hearts sometimes show in a playlist, sometimes don't. Sometimes it'll skip a song & I'll try to go back & it forgets the song so I'll probably never listen again as I didn't catch the name. Widget styles limited to 1 & it doesn't even show the current song playing & it looks broken. The 'Wrapped' feature has never worked correctly for me. Doesn't have niche songs. Scroll bar is hard to grab so I end up pressing on a song instead.I think I've just convinced myself to transfer everything over to TIDAL as it's evident Spotify don't give a f*** about fixing their issues.Android. Samsung S22 Ultra. Fully updated.

The software engineers have destroyed this product. On my MacBook Pro 2017 the software uses a huge amount of resources on startup and at random times. Status icons slow to update in Finder (several minutes). A reinstall of Dropbox has now created duplicate folders saying "Ignored Item Conflict"and "Selective Sync Conflict". I now have a big headache and a few days of work ahead to sort out understand this mess. The online help files are verbose and confusing if you are a software professional.
