Again, same bad experience as others here. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes as not available in store close to me. They were supposed to arrive from one state away. I had to call for a week because they weren’t shipping, they weren’t getting the package to the carrier and nothing was happening. They picked the CHEAPEST FEDEX shipping—it took 8 days to get to me and went to two other states—why?? The shoe boxes were thrown into a plastic wrap pouch with a label on it—no box or padding. I’ll return one or both items at the store and HOPE I get a refund. Another company that just doesn’t care!! I’ve ordered shoes from Macys, Amazon, Zappos and Brooks in addition to Lands End and others. Never had problems. The shoes were $80 a pair! Don’t shop online—not sure if stores are any better.

Deleted my Amazon account immediately. Stay clear from parasites praying on your bank details to "subscribe" you automatically to one of their scams.

I had a problem with my additional order that I didn't receive so I sent them a message in WhatsApp. It was Sunday so I was surprised that they replied and it was from a real person, not an automated response. Customers service was very helpful and I'm happy. Plus the MacBook Pro that I ordered is in perfect condition and was delivered on time.

Same, sad story of loss. Great looking products, enthusiastic communication, great looking videos. Support the "creator" pays my money, strung along for 180 days to avoid chargeback, then nothing. All gone in both instances. Kickstarter ( Scamstarter) will not do a thing to help. Steer clear, no matter how great that product looks and how great the communication is, the risk is too great. Basically a straight, unsupported, gamble.

Utter garbage!!!! You can't call them, their chat system is down and has been for months, and all their emails are no-reply!!! I have an invoice coming up and I have no way of contacting them to discuss what I want to renew or not. Literally NO WAY!!! My only recourse is to dispute the charge when they inevitably make it. I can't stop it. Disgraceful way to run a business. Also reporting then to the BB and my states AG. Getting out as soon as possible. Would recommend all do the same. DON'T register your domains here!!!!!!!!!

I just booked a flight reservation through the AMEX app and wanted to share something essential for those who use travel points: be alert! I made a mistake and didn’t realize how to use my travel credit that was already available.To summarize my experience, I booked a flight with Qantas Airlines and ended up calling American Express customer service 3-4 times, also chatting online with them several times. Unfortunately, I encountered unprofessional customer service, including an agent named Christian who left me on hold without returning. Others I spoke to, including some American and some agents from India speaker representatives, told me I needed to contact the merchant service instead of them.From my experience with American Express travel recently, it seems that when you make a reservation with one airline, you might unexpectedly find that your flight is with another airline you weren’t aware of. This actually happened to us last month when we returned from Barcelona.Now, I’ve booked a flight for next month with Qantas, but the AMEX app is asking me to call Turkish Airlines. Are these two airlines connected in some way? I’d appreciate any clarification on this!

After being a loyal American Express card holder with a 100 percent on time payment record they decided to reduce my credit limit from one day to the next WITHOUT any notice or explanation. American Express has gone from being a consumer-friendly credit card company to being one of the worst, anti-consumer, hard-hearted corporations with ZERO regard for their customers. Don't use American Express.

I made a bank deposit to my Crypto.com account which has not reflected on my Crypto account, I have made contact in everyway possible and nothing not one shred of contact or resolution, customer service and care is absolutely disgusting and once my issue is resolved I will be closing my Crypto account,The level of lack of care or support leads one to think this Company would not be affective if emergency situations arose which required urgent and immediate support, I am not paying to have contact with a bot any longer.Please Avoid this company as when your going to need support it will be non existent.Update: following my complaint via trust pilot Cryto.com contacted me today and it was totally pointless, they had no resolution for me even after sending proof of payment going through I ended up getting my bank to dispute the payment.The customer support was absolutely useless and very stressing.PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
