Same, sad story of loss. Great looking products, enthusiastic communication, great looking videos. Support the "creator" pays my money, strung along for 180 days to avoid chargeback, then nothing. All gone in both instances. Kickstarter ( Scamstarter) will not do a thing to help. Steer clear, no matter how great that product looks and how great the communication is, the risk is too great. Basically a straight, unsupported, gamble.
