The delivery service was bad from wayfair and also I cant recommend it! Stopped working after only a couple hours. The evaporator would ice over and block airflow to the fresh food / refrigerator storage while overcooling the freezer. I am calling someone over to repair it. My food has spoiled and leaked out Wayfair has not offered a refund or compensation for this refridgerator, which would be necessary for damage of this great magnitude! As not only has my food spoiled but my evaporator has iced over blocking airflow to this food!For future reference Order #?4249393295Have a nice day!

An absolute nightmare. BEWARE what you get from this site.I had an unfurnished apartment and purchased a few Wayfair products (a desk, desk chair, TV stand, and this couch) that arrived last week. After the items arrived, I slept on the couch and woke up in the morning with three strange bites in a line. They were clearly NOT mosquito bites. It turns out that this is the classic bed bug bite formation. I had an exterminator come that day. Within minutes, he found evidence of bed bugs - a bed bug nymph crawling across the couch. We each took photos of the nymph. He says this finding, plus the bed bug bite, which would have come from a separate bug further along in the life cycle (i.e., capable of feeding on your blood while you sleep), is clear-cut evidence of an early-stage infestation and that the apartment needs to be treated....immediately.I called Wayfair, expecting full support. I spoke with Erica, who said she was ready to help. However, when I provided photos, she questioned them: "This could just be lint." By now, the exterminator is gone. Fortunately, the photos were "Live" iPhone photos, and I converted them to video to show a bug clearly crawling on the couch. The inspection cost $80, but the entire treatment cost $800. Wayfair declined to cover the treatment and is only covering the inspection. (Make it make sense.) They are having me send back the infested couch to FedEx so it can eventually infect more items (?) in order for me to even get a refund on the couch.UNBELIEVABLE. I ended up spending multiples of what I thought on this couch. It is worth going somewhere else where the quality is higher so that this doesn't happen to you. I understand these things can happen with couches and beds, but you'd expect to be fully taken care of. Not with Wayfair.

these i d iots purchased my loan, never applied a transferred payment, other bank gave them confirmation that is was wired, still get daily phone calls , supervisor wait time to call back is 24 to 48 hours. then when they call they don't leave a voicemail. they applied my actual payments to the wrong months, absolutely horrible. if 0 stars was an option I'd leave it.

The concert was so dope! The 1st ticket processing & scanning went smoothly. I wasn't able to transfer my 2nd ticket once I walked into the venue. I ended up having to walk back down to the front entrance once they arrived. The staff at The Fox Theater in Oakland were super helpful. One of the employees scanned the other ticket, gave me back my phone and allowed the other patron in.

I bought the Kobo Libra Color because I was tired of supporting Amazon. I wanted to link bookshop.org to a local book shop so they would get the sale. That’s a good enough reason to buy it for me but I was also happy about being able to side load books by connecting to Google drive through Kobo. Even better, the device connects directly to my library instead of having to connect to my library through my phone and have it sync up with kindle later. Kobo’s book store is also on par with any book on Amazon so I love that option as well. About the Libra Color. My most favorite thing is that the screen flips while in portrait mode. That way I can read in bed and flip to the other side and still have the book laying sideways while reading. There are so many nice setting options and all of them are easy to navigate and understand. I keep telling my friends and family how happy I am that I made the switch. The negatives: It takes about two weeks to get to the customer. When you try to track it it says it’s in their possession and will ship shortly but never changes from that. It was getting close to the two week deadline and I chatted and called because it hadn’t left the warehouse according to their site and I hadn’t gotten the shipping update that it was shipped. After two chats and a phone call I was told they think it left the warehouse. It showed up a couple days later and THEN after it was in my hands I got an email saying it shipped and then was delivered. The customer support and shipping need to be worked on but the product is great.

So, first this Review was overdue since my experince was back in 2014 or 2015 and according to the ratings on here a lot changed, i hope they go back to the experience i had with them back then, but here it is:I bought a GOPro 4 (think the black edition it was called).I didn‘t really use it for over a year.After that i noticed some scratches on the lens wich affected the quality during recording. I emailed gopro and said it had some damage wich i am pretty sure was already existential during delivery but i wasn‘t 100% sure and asked if they offer a repair service.They told me its something they can‘t fix but send me attached to the email a 20% discount code for a new gopro5. After i told that i wont use it since i didn‘t use the old one for over a year, they told me if I send back the old damaged camera, they will give me a 40% discount code for the new one.I took that deal!In the US the warranty is only 1 year, so they didn‘t have to offer me anything. The fact that they offered me almost half off on a new camera for no reason was the best customer service I have ever experienced.As I said that was in the US and almost 10 years back.Seeing the recent reviews on here, I hope they will read my experience from way back and try to bring their company back to that high standard.

Should have checked reviews before buying this service. awful service, lost my money for booking a filthy hotel no appliances were working there, nothing more than a scam. the team was unhelpful in getting me a refund for a hotel that left me with a rash,mouldy and dusty place. It was rated 8/10 which is not true. I will not use expedia again. Waste of money

Depop is easy to use and I've sold a couple of items on there, some things I've sold have actually surprised me. You need to be careful though- Only sell to those who have a linked paypal account, otherwise, you could get scammed- If a seller has bad reviews or no reviews but you can see that they've sold a few items, I recommend avoiding them as I've had some bad experiences and they could be scammers- Try to stick to sellers with good reviews. It's a shame that some people use depop as a way to feed their fast fashion addiction but it's better that those clothes get bought and used by someone who will love them than them going to landfill.

when issues arose, customer help was from an off shore help line, with someone reading from a flow chart and often could not provide the answers needed, Several devices failed along the way, and when they did even tho it was leased equipment, our company had to buy new ones on our own dime, and when we decided to not renew the contract they insisted on getting working units back or “they would charge us”. Overall they they are not very helpful, and not a great system for a small grocery store. Also helpful hint, if you need to ship all the equipment back, it might just be cheaper to buy it and throw it away rather than ship it back.

These guys get you signed up and at first, seem very helpful. After they gain your trust they then give no support or help when needed. The helpline was useless. I asked a basic question and they asked for a moment so they could get advice. When I asked to speak to an expert the person said that they are all experts with the same experience. Why would you need a moment to get advice if your all experts with the same experience? What was once a good company seems to have gone downhill in a big way. I purchased 6 items on April 26. I was told the items would arrive by May 10. On May 21 I was updated that my parcel was delivered to a depot near me, sent out for delivery that day, then returned to depot. No reason. Today, May 23, I emailed company. No response. I telephoned the delivery company, no response, did not take messages. I have cancelled my order and message given to me was it may take up to 14 days for refund.

I JUST started 2 school courses with this company. When you go to set up your credit card payment portal, it does not clearly note how you want your payouts upfront. I got a payment from a client and only saw the options for payouts while setting up my second school. I went back and fixed the other one asap and need that first payment. They refuse to give me my money!! They automatically have it set to monthly but I will be waiting 2 MONTHS for the deposit based on some stupid date parameter that makes NO sense! They are holding my money and, with that, I should, then, get interest! This is beyond not ok and, as a new client, they should be more than eager to help. They literally said they can't access my mone which is bizarre and scaryy! My attorney has said this is wrong in all ways.
