Pointless queue to the shuttle in Boston, a lady walking back back abd forth, while my transfertime is running out... and its the same show in EVERY airport i've been through in USA... some screaming lady want to feel like having the power over others... PLEASE MAKE THINGS SMOOTHER!!!WHY do I need 5 hours transfertime in JFK, and then I have to run to make my flight after endless queue after queue
