These guys get you signed up and at first, seem very helpful. After they gain your trust they then give no support or help when needed. The helpline was useless. I asked a basic question and they asked for a moment so they could get advice. When I asked to speak to an expert the person said that they are all experts with the same experience. Why would you need a moment to get advice if your all experts with the same experience? What was once a good company seems to have gone downhill in a big way.
