I broke down on the highway. Water over 2 hours for assistance with a tire change. The dude gets there and says he doesn't have the tools to change my tire and left. Are you kidding me!!! What do I pay for???? Thank God I have a roadside from my car insurance. NOT renewing my membership.

It's was unreal every moment , he is amazing , his voice at the moment he sang with us , he was smiling so big , he saw every one of the audience , he show us love in that moment , he told us 'hi' in the beginning of the show.. you can't missed his tours , because are completely awesome!

From the very beginning my Samsung had problems. I tried to work with my carrier and with Samsung. It never got better. I sent it into Samsung and they told me nothing was wrong with it and when I got it back and did the same thing. I spent hours on the phone with them and got no response. The phone with the lemon to begin with and they would not take responsibility for that. I would never buy a Samsung again

Terrible service. Never finds a ride in time. They only thing they do promptly is to charge your card. Then they send a message that driver found and 7 minutes away. As time goes by the driver gets farther and farther away from you, if such a thing is possible, only Lift can do it for you. Eventually when you are finally disgusted with the service and decide to cancel the ride, they charge you $5 for “ the driver’s time and effort”. What a rip off. At least Uber doesn’t charge for cancellations

The auto-renewal function is very misleading. On the Domains tab they say that auto-renewal is disabled, but you still keep being charged because you have subscriptions to other services that are not mentioned. Luckily, this time the customer service was good (hasn't always been) and was able to refund the money.

I WON'T BE BUYING ANYTHING FROM URBAN OUTFITTERS AGAIN..THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL THE 21ST OF OF DECEMBER TO SAY THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH STOCK TO SEND MY ORDER EVEN THOUGH I HAD PUT IN THE ORDER MID NOVEMBER..REALLY BAD FORM AND AS THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT, THE CANCELLATION FOUR DAYS BEFORE THE 25TH MADE IT WORSE..PITY I DIDN'T READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I PUT IN MY ORDER !!!!
