I was in need of PPM software. They got me in contact with five valid contenders. Demos were set up within a couple of days and I have down selected a product that I feel confident will meet our needs. I was pleased with the service despite being nervous that I would just get spammed by using it.
Review of royalcaribbean
DO NOT USE. I booked a cruise package on Explorer of the seas departing 25th May 2024 from Venice going around the Mediterranean. Never been on a cruise before and as this was for my partners 50th birthday I thought it safest to book as a package through their Air2Sea programme flying from Heathrow with British Airways. Therefore I had no contact with British Airways, Royal Caribbean Air2Sea booked the flights and transfer. The flight was due to depart early in the morning on 25th to pick up the ship later in the afternoon. Got home from work on the 24th to find a message from Royal Caribbean to say our flight itinerary had changed, the BA flight had been cancelled and we were transferred onto a flight on the 26th May. This was obviously not going to work as the ship sailed on 25th. It was only a matter of hours before we needed to leave home for the airport so I waited until 6pm. Nobody got in touch to say what was happening so I rang the emergency travel team. After 3 hours on the phone to various people at Royal Caribbean it finally dawned on them that we would not make the sailing. They didn't seem too bothered and tried to find alternative flights but were unable to do so. The representative on the phone didn't know what to suggest so I asked what our options were, and the response was we can't find an alternative flight to get you to the ship. Obviously we ended up not making the sailing and have had numerous emails back and forth with the UK customer service team who are refusing to refund the £4994.52 it cost. As this was booked as a package and Royal Caribbean were unable to get us to the ship we missed the cruise. Royal Caribbean have really shown their true colours in the way this was handled, there has been total disinterest in trying to get us to the ship and subsequently resolving the problem.

They deactivated my account after using Pinterest for 10 years. After 2 months they still haven't sent me a link to verify my age. I have sent numerous emails to customer success over the last months but no reply. is this a joke?

I love Discogs - have been selling and buying on here for nearly 20 years. There is the occasional problem and of course some items are inflated by sellers but that's a marketplace for you - no different to Ebay etc. Such a shame that Brexit has destroyed international sales...One thing I will say is that the Discogs team are very slow to respond to problems and of very little help, compared to Ebay etc, which is a real shame. If only they would step up their customer service...

THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY THEY INSIST ON USING EVERY BLOCKING TACTIC TO STOP CUSTOMERS FROM GETTING REFUNDS FOR TERRIBLE SERVICE THAT OCCURS AT THE FACTORY END OF THE PROCESS...SENDING UNWANTED PARCEL THROUGH GENUINE ERROR AT THE CHECKOUT WHEN PAYMENT CEASES OR FREEZES UP...NOT KNOWING IF THAT PAYMENT HAD BEEN ACCEPTED OR NOT I WENT TO MY BANK A DAY LATER AND THE ORIGINAL CARD WAS STILL SHOWING PAYMENT PENDING. THE BANK OFFICER SAID THOSE PAYMENTS ARE NORMALLY CLEARED PROMPTLY SO THEN SHE ASKED ME TO USE ANOTHER CARD AND WE WENT ON TO TEMU WEBSITE AND I ENTERED THE CARD DETAILS AS PROMPTED BY THE BANK OFFICER, SO NOW TWO CARDS HAVE BEEN ENTERED ON THE SAME PURCHASE ORDER . THE FOLLOWING WEEK I RECEIVED MY PARCEL ALL THE NECESSARY ID DETAILS AND TRACKING DETAILS EFFICIENTLY DONE AND DUSTED. THAT PARCEL COST $152.28 JUST KEEP IN MIND TWO BANK CARDS WERE USED FOR THE SAME ORDER BECAUSE ONE CARD HAD FROZEN DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS AND PAYMENT WAS STILL PENDING AS NOTED WITH THE BANK OFFICER AND ACCORDINGLY REPEATED THE CHECKOUT PROCESS WITH THE SECOND CARD. NOW THIS IS WHERE IS FALLS APART. A WEEK LATER I RECEIVED ANOTHER PARCEL AND MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED $138.31. SO NOW I HAVE A PARCEL THAT I DIDNT ORDER BUT SOMEONE DECIDED TO MAKE IT UP ANYWAY TO GET SOME MONEY ON THE SECOND CARD I DID NOT ORDER THAT PARCEL BUT DUE TO CHECK OUT PROBLEMS AND CHANGING CARDS I HAVE TWO OF THE SAME PARCEL THEY HAVE REFUSED ME MY REFUND ....BUT THEY SENT ME A PARCEL I DO NOT WANT AND I JUST WANT TO RETURN IT AND GET MY MONEY BACK..THEY DENIED RECIEVING ANY PAYMENT SO I SENT A SCREEN SHOT SHOWING TEMU CLEARLY IDENTIFIED ON THE STATEMENT FOR $138.31..I REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR THAT SECOND ORDER BY ME AND THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION AND THE TRACKING ID SCAN...BUT SO FAR THEY HAVE NOT ANSWERED ME. AND ALSO THAT MEANS IF THEY DID NOT RECEIVE PAYMENT IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THE PARCEL WAS SENT FROM THE WAREHOUSE WITHOUT BEING PAID FOR..SO I TECHNICALLY HAVE FREE GOODS THAT I DDNT WANT... SO THAT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY THIS PARCEL HAD LEFT THE WAREHOUSE WITHOUT DUE PROCESS OF PAYMENT BEING DONE...SO SOMEONE IS LYING AND A FRAUDULENT ORDER HAS BEEN DONE AND ITS ONLY COME OUT BECAUSE I HAVE CATEGORICALLY DENIED ORDERING THE SECOND PARCEL AND THAT CARD SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN USED WITHOUT A SPECIFIC ORDER FROM THE CUSTOMER WHICH IS ME AND NOT ONE MADE UP BY THE FACTORY BECAUSE THAT IS ABSOLUTE FRAUD AND I WANT THIS PROBLEM SORTED AND THAT THEY DO THE RIGHT THING AND RETURN MY MONEY SO I CAN RETURN A UNWANTED PARCEL
