At last you've decided to remove Master Chef from the ever so miserably boring Christmas listings.Took your time as usual, I trust you're removing all episodes as well? Suppose you can't polish a turd.

Scheduled an upgrade to my internet speed. The serviceman was great. But here's what I went thru before he came TEXTS2/6 Confirmation of appointment2/8 Reminder2/11 Reminder2/12 Reminder (1231pm)2/12 Reminder (802pm)2/13 Reminder (731am)2/13 Tech is on the way (901am)CALLSIn addition to the texts, at least five (5) calls including two on 2/12 - one at 927am and the other at 832 pm. Another one on 2/14 from the tech at 902 am.So twelve (12) separate communications for one appointment. So disorganized ... so incredibly annoying !Just need THREE notices - ONE confirmation text and another ONE 24/48 hours before appointment. And ONE courtesy call from tech saying he's on the way. DON'T NEED or WANT the other 9 notices.

AT&T poor service

I have been an AT&T customer for countless years. However, their customer service has declined to the worst level possible. Today I spent over two hours on the phone and was transferred 4 times. I was on hold over 1 1/2 and each time I was transferred, my hold time started over again. All I needed was to review my bill and options for decreasing my monthly bill. Once I did speak to a representative, they were poorly trained. The same person gave me different answers and finally I was so defeated, I just stopped asking questions. It was possibly the worst customer service I ever experienced! A very disappointed, long time customer!

AT&T is absolute trash

AT&T is absolute trash! Mobile service f**king suck and the company should be required to cease requiring payment from any user. You are taking money for a service you are not providing. There is never a reason I should be in my house and not be able to talk on my phone because the other person can’t hear me/I’m going in and out. It is inexcusable for me to have to walk around my house to try and place an outgoing call! Just this morning I attempted to call AT&T over 25 times before my call would actually go through. And they always give the scam excuse of “we’re aware of some interruptions due to us improving our service.” No you’re not! You’re not trying to improve crap - all the company is doing is placing more customers on a network they don’t even have the bandwidth to provide decent service to their already customers.

Horrendous experience

Horrendous experience. I wanted a temporary SIM while visiting the USA for 1 week. I went to the AT&T store on 1011 W 5th St, Austin, TX and specifically explained I wanted a SIM that was active for 1 month or less. I explained this very clearly 2 times. Now they have decided to keep billing me. Yet, as I am not a US resident, and have no official account, it appears impossible to cancel my account with them.Have tried numerous times to get through to their customer service but it's a truly morale shattering experience, one that makes you question our very existence on this earth. How can companies treat customers like this and not be shut down? Scandalous and infuriating. Deplorable service and those working for the company should be utterly ashamed.

YOU ARE PAYING FOR A VIRUS

Honestly terrible. I'm sure the protection is fine but man is it frustrating. The whole point is to stop viruses but i have had viruses that are less annoying than this software. Constantly notifying me about useless stuff that i dont want and trying to advertise more stuff to me despite the fact im already paying for it. Is constantly using up a bunch of disc space which massively slowed down my computer.Added its own spam service to my email (WHICH I CAN'T REMOVE) and has proceeded to take 37 important emails and put them in there. I have only just seen emails from months ago that i never even knew i had and its now affected my work because of this useless service which picks emails at random to hide from you.DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.Im going back to my old free antivirus which worked better and was somehow less annoying than the one i paid lots of money for.

Letting themselves down

I've used McAfee for a number of years now, and they've always provided exceptional customer service. They're instantly contactable and have resolved all issues I've asked of them. However, for many months the firewall feature and VPN have not worked on my Mac and, despite repeatedly contracting them about this, I've been told that it will be fixed one day. This is unsatisfactory, and I can't pay for internet security where some key features don't work. They clearly do not intend to fix these issues.

ESPN favors the SEC

ESPN favors the SEC, and it is obvious they favor and support the University of Alabama. OU softball is having a fantastic season but is rarely if ever mentioned on any of there reports. The Big 12 softball tournament is in extra innings and ESPN seems to have technical difficulties and now showing the SEC game.

Typeform does the job effortlessly

Be it small scale tasks like getting feedback after your seminar or massive forms for getting feedback on how your subscribers feel about your website and services, Typeform does the job. Simple and easy! I introduced to my team at my company and we’ve then implemented it various ways and now we have 20+ ongoing forms that gives us valuable feedback from customers and clients about our services, our website and seminars. I’ve made forms for our customers to upload media directly to us and give us tips. For them to order smaller issues of our products and spinoffs. A form which is a self help service, a FAQ so to speak where a virtual me guides our customers through technical issues they might encounter. These are but The few options and opportunity Typeform has given us. They allow you to be really creative and most importantly, hold a conversation with your customer.Nothing but love for Typeform from me at least!

Cancellation scam

I had a very frustrating experience with The Economist's subscription service. Canceling my subscription turned out to be unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. Despite following the steps to cancel, the chat assistant instead enrolled me in a different subscription that I never requested. This feels incredibly disingenuous and predatory. Instead of respecting my decision to cancel, they used the process as an opportunity to push unwanted services. It’s a shady tactic that undermines trust and makes me question the integrity of their business practices. For a company of The Economist's reputation, I expected better. Making cancellations straightforward and transparent should be a basic standard—not an uphill battle designed to retain customers at all costs. I won't be recommending their service to anyone.

Slow hard sell when trying to cancel

The content of the news is excellent. But for reasons I won't go into here I wanted to cancel a subscription. To do so, I was taken through several webpages before finally being told I needed to call or use live chat. They were quick to start the chat, but it took 25 minutes of slow conversation, and a lot of pushback from the agent, before he cancelled my subscription.

Review of urbanoutfitters

I should have listened to the warnings…

I should have listened to the warnings on Trustpilot but I didn't and it was a mistake. I ordered two pairs of hiking boots from Urban Outfitters (size 10, men's) and received a child's makeup case and a pack of scrunchies. When I called customer service to explain, they told me that they were sold out of both pairs of boots and that they would have no way of knowing where my package had been shipped, and thus no way of getting it redirected to me. As for the makeup kit and scrunchies, they said it would be too expensive to ship them back and that they didn't care for me to return them to a store. Then the customer service rep told me I should either keep them or THROW THEM AWAY. If this doesn't make clear that these types of businesses exist to feed mindless consumption then I don't know what does. It's little wonder that our environment is in such deep trouble.
