I should have listened to the warnings on Trustpilot but I didn't and it was a mistake. I ordered two pairs of hiking boots from Urban Outfitters (size 10, men's) and received a child's makeup case and a pack of scrunchies. When I called customer service to explain, they told me that they were sold out of both pairs of boots and that they would have no way of knowing where my package had been shipped, and thus no way of getting it redirected to me. As for the makeup kit and scrunchies, they said it would be too expensive to ship them back and that they didn't care for me to return them to a store. Then the customer service rep told me I should either keep them or THROW THEM AWAY. If this doesn't make clear that these types of businesses exist to feed mindless consumption then I don't know what does. It's little wonder that our environment is in such deep trouble.
