Simple and easy! I introduced to my team at my company and we’ve then implemented it various ways and now we have 20+ ongoing forms that gives us valuable feedback from customers and clients about our services, our website and seminars. I’ve made forms for our customers to upload media directly to us and give us tips. For them to order smaller issues of our products and spinoffs. A form which is a self help service, a FAQ so to speak where a virtual me guides our customers through technical issues they might encounter.These are but The few options and opportunity Typeform has given us.
