Review of Shopify
The theme I used from Pixel Union/Out of the Sandbox was initially okay. Then, I received a DMCA takedown notice even though I had a valid licence for the theme. Shopify legal didn't care and fobbed me off to Pixel Union. My site was down for 5 days. I have asked Shopify for an explanation, but they just ghosted me, and Pixel Union say it's a Shopify issue. Both at fault I think. If you are starting to build an e-commerce biz, try BigCommerce or Wix first.
Review of sage
Clare Peace was so helpful. I needed to have clients added regularly and she was only ever happy to help, and always with that North Eastern friendliness. It could have been a real headache but Clare was always there. I am still resolving the actual issue with the sage technical team which is why I have given four rather than five stars. I am happy to make a further review when the underlying problem has been resolved.
Review of facebook
Facebook removed our business page out of nowhere. (Lanphierd Heating and Cooling) No reason as to why, just wiped it all out. So all the followers we had and all the reviews we had we have to build back up all over again. Very disappointing.

Not only has the quality of ASOS clothing declined, but my recent order in Canada also left me extremely disappointed. After carefully reading their terms and conditions regarding customs fees, I felt confident placing an order for $138, as they state that orders under $150 should not incur additional charges. However, that turned out to be false—I was hit with over $77 in customs fees.I reached out to ASOS multiple times to resolve the issue, and each time I was told they were “working on it” and that someone would contact me. A month has passed, and I have yet to receive any resolution. If you don’t want to be surprised by hefty customs charges, I strongly advise against ordering from ASOS. It’s disappointing to see how much this company has changed.

The support, even though they claim to have a real time chat support feature is only via email, which appears to be overloaded as it will take 2-3 DAYS to get anything but an auto response that we are told is from a non monitored email box. When you try the 800 number, a cheerful voice tells you to open an email ticket. This is a laighably lousy support structure. I am going to write damning reviews to anyone I can think of this has to be a scam.
Review of calendly
They don't listen to feedback. If a team of sales people want to use a single event, there's no way to max 4 appointments per person for the event. For example, once a person gets 4 appointments booked for the day for this event type, it should not allow them to book a 5th appointment, and the calendar should adjust to only reflect availability of the next 3 people. Right now one person could get booked 10 appointments, and another could get booked 2, even if you try to set the max to 4 per person per day. This would make our lives so much better but they don't care to implement.
