I'm really disappointed and dare I say disgusted with Google specifically with my purchase of the Google 8a phone I barely had this for a month when a new model the Google 9 was announced and talk of the 10 being all over the internet.Needless to say I could not believe Google's contempt for it's customers and how the hell could I possibly trust them in the future.I got rid of the 8a and would not contemplate buying another Google phone! Could I suggest to you Google that when looking at your percentage of the market and how low it is think about this fact, that if you have no relationship and trust from or for your customers this is entirely your own doing!I now have a Poco phone which is cheaper, more features, a better camera and the Xiaomi company has a lovely relationship with their customers maybe something if you even care could work towards Google!!

I am a seller and a buyer. So as a buyer, I had bad experience with my purchase from this platform. The item came broken and I contacted the customer service to open a claim and was told to submit additional photos and I did within 7 minutes. My claim was denied because first I was told that I didn’t submit the pictures on time and second I was told I didn’t provided the photos of the interior package, which I did. This is the worst experience, I ever had with my purchase. I am not sure if I going to buy anything else again. As a buyer, I should not be responsible for any damages. This is so unprofessional and not fair to the buyer. I don’t like to leave negative feedback but I really have too in this situation.

Literally everyone is trying to scam you through private message. It gave me the creeps, I actually questioned how safe my stored details with Depop were at one point (would not let me delete my bank details, said I had to wait 13 days very odd) and got a bit paranoid. There was just far too many opportunists, so deleted my account all together.

We cannot sign in for many days and we can't contact anyone in your company because it keeps saying to sign in while the error is signing in. When we sign in, we cannot type our password and you keep asking for the number in authenticator app. We have never installed such kind of app and we cannot try in other ways. Even though they mention other options, they don't work and keep asking for the number which we cannot find anywhere in our devices. The worst application ever!!!

Very disappointed with the service received. They missed the delivery date by a significant margin, which impacted the photoshoot of our brand. The products I ordered got stuck in customs, and I had to pay close to 30% of the total order to customs in order to get my products released and delivered. I was not aware they were using printing services outside the UK. When I raised this complaint, they claimed that the fulfilment site is always mentioned, but in my view, this wasn't clear and given that this information is so important, this should be displayed in a way that the customer can't miss. They never mentioned that I would need to pay customs taxes, which increased the price per item significantly, making the purchase completely non-viable and very cost-inefficient. When I complained and asked for a refund, they ignored me, saying that they don't accept refunds, despite the English Law states that every customer is entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchase. I don't recommend this company and won't use it ever again!

I ordered some products from **Temu**, and unfortunately, the delivery was handled by **Evri** — and that’s where everything went wrong.Evri attempted to deliver the parcel on **17th June 2025 at 12:54 PM**, but **no one was at home** at the time. Despite this, they left the parcel **in an open place outside** the house and marked it as delivered to the *porch* — **we don’t even have a porch!** That was their first major mistake.Unsurprisingly, when we returned home, the parcel was **nowhere to be found**.I contacted both **Evri and Temu customer service**. Evri? **No response at all.** Completely silent. As for Temu, their customer service keeps **raising tickets**, but every time, I just get the same message: *“Delivery was completed.”* That’s it. No investigation, no action, no support.If I had actually received the parcel, why would I be **chasing them repeatedly**? It’s insulting and frustrating to deal with a support system that **refuses to listen or help**.This entire experience has been a nightmare. From careless delivery by **Evri**, to **Temu’s robotic and ineffective customer service**, it’s clear that **neither company is interested in actually solving customer problems**.**I will seriously reconsider ordering from Temu again if Evri is the delivery partner. Total failure on all ends.**""Poor Investigation and No Proof of Delivery""After submitting my initial review, Temu responded saying they would investigate and get back to me. However, they keep insisting that the package has been delivered — even though no one was at the property at the time, and the doors were closed.I have asked them repeatedly to provide proof that either I or someone at my property received the package by hand. They have failed to provide any such proof. It’s extremely frustrating that their investigation team doesn’t seem to carry out a proper check — they simply close the ticket without a thorough review.This experience has been very disappointing. I expected better service and a more responsible approach from Temu.

I have been trying to make a new email through my squarespace account. It would keep showing up that my card was being declined. Knowing that I have more then enough funds, I had sent squarespace and email about the situation. With in a minute a "trouble shooting" email vame back. Not only stating that all of this was on my end, but they are also considering the matter handled and they are closing the claim. I emailed them back and waited 2 days for a reply. A man in Dublin finally emailed me back yesterday in the middle of the night. Telling me to repeat it as they aren't seeing the issue on their end again. I emailed him the same day. Today I've woken up at 6:00 am to a new email from Australia. Saying again that this is on my side. And they have this information to trouble shoot, here you go. It's not on my side. I talked to my bank Monday. Its been a week of trying to figure this out now and they are just toying with me. They have no real customer support to call into. And the card that is getting declined is the same one they charge monthly!

I ordered a pair of fuzzy crocs which were 2 sizes small and so did my dad. We called them and they let us order a new pair and we were allowed to keep both of the other crocs which I have to my 2 friends crocs. My friends crocs broke and they also replaced on the spot at the store. Great customer service, my most trusted company!
