I have been trying to make a new email through my squarespace account. It would keep showing up that my card was being declined. Knowing that I have more then enough funds, I had sent squarespace and email about the situation. With in a minute a "trouble shooting" email vame back. Not only stating that all of this was on my end, but they are also considering the matter handled and they are closing the claim. I emailed them back and waited 2 days for a reply. A man in Dublin finally emailed me back yesterday in the middle of the night. Telling me to repeat it as they aren't seeing the issue on their end again. I emailed him the same day. Today I've woken up at 6:00 am to a new email from Australia. Saying again that this is on my side. And they have this information to trouble shoot, here you go. It's not on my side. I talked to my bank Monday. Its been a week of trying to figure this out now and they are just toying with me. They have no real customer support to call into. And the card that is getting declined is the same one they charge monthly!
