Very disappointed with the service received. They missed the delivery date by a significant margin, which impacted the photoshoot of our brand. The products I ordered got stuck in customs, and I had to pay close to 30% of the total order to customs in order to get my products released and delivered. I was not aware they were using printing services outside the UK. When I raised this complaint, they claimed that the fulfilment site is always mentioned, but in my view, this wasn't clear and given that this information is so important, this should be displayed in a way that the customer can't miss. They never mentioned that I would need to pay customs taxes, which increased the price per item significantly, making the purchase completely non-viable and very cost-inefficient. When I complained and asked for a refund, they ignored me, saying that they don't accept refunds, despite the English Law states that every customer is entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchase. I don't recommend this company and won't use it ever again!
