Been an Apple customer from day one but I had a problem and locked myself out. Went through the usual process with Apple to get everything resolved so I could access all my stuff & 4 months later I’m still waiting ffs 🤦♂️So as of today Apple have lost another customer & reading some of the reviews & online content I won’t be the last so I've switched to Samsung. I will also be replacing my watch iPad etc as I’m done with this lot. Absolutely shocking customer service

At around 3.30 this afternoon my husband contacted Tesla via the App to report a serious steering fault in our Model X. It is too dangerous to drive it so we need roadside assistance. Meanwhile, it’s now 9.05 pm and we have still not got beyond Step 1 on the App (our request for assistance has been acknowledged but no action taken at all yet). At around 4.30 pm I called the AA who arrived in 30 minutes but the verdict was that we needed Tesla roadside assistance to take it to be repaired as it’s (unsurprisingly) an electrical fault. I don’t think that in 40 years of driving I’ve ever experienced a worse response to a roadside emergency…

Terrible customer service, spoke to below people:- Sebastian, ref: 451 746 73- Mark Specket, ref: 452 640 00- Beth, ref: 45360 699Purchased a bookcase, upon getting it home noticed that the top part and floating shelf were damaged.After many calls, I have still not received the floating shelf... there has been numerous calls, discussions and promises.Each of the above Ikea representatives state they will follow through and ensure the damaged item is dispatched, but as soon as they are off the line, you hear nothing from them. They blame the warehouse team for not sending out the part, but do not take any responisbility in resolving this long standing issue.No escalation is possible either. Atrocious service from them.Avoid wasting your time with Ikea.

Scheduled an electrician to remove and install a ceiling fan. He didn't come and we were unable to call him. His mail box was full. Plus he didn't call us!! Very disappointed. So unprofessional. Home Advisor did not contact us re: this incident. Will not use them. Best to just go on the internet and find someone on our own. Thought Home Advisor screen these people.

If a zero star was available, then that is what I would classify as the service provided by FedEx!My parcel managed to get to my local area all the way from China and yet FedEx couldn’t be bothered to read the post code and take it to my address.Instead it was delivered to a similar address, in another village.When I received FedEx’s email stating delivery was complete, I tried but couldn’t activate the ‘proof of delivery’ link provided on their notification . Then when I advised, by email, that the parcel did not arrive at my address, an automatic response acknowledged my complaint, was received, quickly followed by another, stating the case had been closed!No further communication could be established.Looking at the reviews, of others, about this company, I am disappointed they attract so much work.My only suggestion is that, if you have a choice, to decline them being used as your courier and if you can, make sure the message is heard by someone in FedEx who cares!
