This garbage company is one of the worst examples of any business to buy something from. I bought a guitar for $300 waited forever for it to ship and when I finally got it, it was unplayable, poorly constructed like a 10 year old put it together and had 5 various piece of wood slap together to make this guitar. Like it was made from scraps. I returned it with their return label. PayPal which I will also do a review stinks as well. Anyway after 6 months of constant phone calls and online support filings they refuse to refund my money. I must have sent them over 12 diifferent occasions the requested info. So now I’m out of $300 and the guitar. I’ve never seen such a scam operation. But what can you expect from a scam Chinese business run by Jack Ma. This should be 100% illegal and there’s no buyers protection. I’ve contacted an attorney and the consumer protection agency. I still want my money back. If I could I would give these guys negative 5 stars for the pain and suffering they’ve caused me.
