Delivery and customer service are two areas that let down the Economist. Up to a few years ago the magazine would be delivered on a Friday. Now this is only the case for London postcodes (discrimination). You are lucky to get it delivered on a Saturday if you don't live in London. Plenty of times I have received it on Monday by which time the news is old. I have contacted Customer Service on many occasions but they are completely disinterested. It feels like the company has gone downhill.
