Great experience

I just got familiar with print on demand concept and Printfull as well, and it was amazing as Printfull allows me to design and produce my stuff for free, which gives me the possibility to explore it and bring my ideas out. I appreciate it.

Horrible airline

Horrible airline! Purchase 2 tickets together and they split up the family and they don't care. The agents at San Antonio were rude and made comments like " you aren't that far apart" to the gate agent didn't find it important to help a family together. Then this gate agent threatened customers that they would load the plane but it would sit at the gate until someone gave up their seat. I would rather walk than fly this airline again. Pretty sad seeing as it was always my preferred airline but I guess they do not care about customers especially after they have made plenty of money off of them.

Local Representation is a Bonus!

As an experienced wedding photographer, I contracted with The Knot for Advertising my business to clients both Nationally and Internationally. I appreciated the Storefront platforms and remained a client for over a decade. My local representative here in Hawaii was Jackie Ornellas. I can't say enough about her responsiveness to any issue I have had over the years. Her expertise, kindness and professionalism always exceeded my expectations. As I have officially retired from Weddings, I no longer have a need for their services; However, I have a lifelong friend in Jackie. She's one in a million and I would absolutely recommend her to any of my other Pro wedding vendor friends. She's a great asset to The Knot. She's a 5 Star. The overall company's response to issues leaves room for improvement- Which is why I rated my experience a 4.

Should you have a problem with say their delivery company Evri (Who have no customer service) between them they engineer you into a position of Cancel and redeem. or go around the houses, many many times talking to Bots, which if you have waited for the product is really very annoying.Niethr company has any real service as its never a person alwys the machine. which will cost me money as IAM OFF

Failure to honor their REFUNDABLE rate

I booked a three night stay for my daughter’s dance competition. Because we did not have the schedule at the time of booking the hotel, I made certain to select the refundable rate. When I found out the schedule I learned I didn’t need the final night of my booking. Despite it being six nights before check-in, Hotels.com was “unable” to cancel the single night without canceling the entire reservation and ‘re-booking’. Well, the hotel was fully booked and they were unable to resolve this for some reason despite multiple contacts. They told me to check out one day early and to tell the hotel they approved the cancellation. The hotel looked at me like I was nuts and never processed a refund even though I did checkout one day early. Terrible site/app and very disappointed that hotels.com wouldn’t just admit it was their error and refund me the one night stay anyway. Would have kept me as a customer if they had offered ANYTHING!

I would advise not downloading this app its full of predators from all over the world asking for pictures of you not in clothed form either and becoming more dangerous by the day kids definitely should not have this app even if it is just used for the filters I think the app in itself should be deleted permanently

Good Luck Getting a Technician when Your Laptop Breaks

I bought a Dell laptop less than 6 months ago, and my touchpad has started lifting, presumably because of a common battery issue that affects a lot of XPS laptops. I reported this over 3 months ago.I have received an email every couple weeks saying that the parts have been delayed, sometimes even after they were supposed to have arrived. It's during the pandemic, so I understand production delays.I finally get an email saying that a technician is going to come at a random time the day after a package arrives at my door. At no point in time did I say that time would work for me, and I was told during the process that I'd get to choose the time. I email back saying that I can't make it. I get an email back from them asking for more information, but minutes after, I also get a phone call from them. Fine. I schedule a time later that week and give my new address.I immediately get a text to confirm a time that I didn't schedule, which is also a half hour from then. I ask to change, but never hear back. A technician then emails me 30 minutes before the slot that I had told the person I wanted that they'll be visiting, but don't know my address. I give them the new address, and they make up a new time that they want to come visit me.I mean, seriously? How can a company expect to give me a half hour's notice for any time they want to stop by? Why don't they have centralized records so I'm not constantly emailing and calling? Why are all the expected times and dates so far off? It's a mess.

Twitter is a fraud. Don’t use them. I posted a message saying that I support death sentence, and guess what, my account is banned for “ inciting hate”??? U know nothing about hate Twitter.
