Shocking customer service, they just hang up the phone when they do not want to help solve a faulty product. Whats worse is, they don't care. Look at all the bad reviews and do the maths. Its time to move brands..I wont buy asus again and I hope if your reading this, you will do the same..

Purchased a Vera Bradley comforter where the photo shows a comforter and shams. Wait a week and only a comforter shows up. I contact Wayfair and they tell me that I "can purchase the shams at $30 each" after I just spent $100 on a comforter that was made in China for pennies. Then to add insult to injury, they offer a "10% coupon" to get something that was shown in the listing. I will NEVER shop there again.

I bought two patio chairs and a small table. In less than a year, the woven material has completely broken done and is falling off the frame. I have lodged several complaints, but because they say they cannot find the record and did not include a receipt in my box, they will not refund my money despite the fact that a picture of the set I bought is still on their website, and I have sent them numerous photos proving their purchase and the horrible breakdown. They have admitted only a problem with their bookkeeping. I had to throw out the chairs and am very disappointed. Be wary.

i wouldnt even give one star if i could. it is an absolute nightware to deal with shopify customer service. no phone number. chatting with jhon yes jhon for over an hour to resolve and account issue where a trial account was upgraded automatically and also an app fee applied. its been over 6 months since i just looked at shopify to see if i wanted to use it. i decided no and moved on. now i have a huge bill and cant login to verify my account so that they can help. ive used 3 different browers and still cant verify the account for a security reason. Jhon keeps telling me to do that same thing over and over. now he says to wait a minute so he can check with the accounts team. so ive been chatting with useless level 1 tech for over an hour so he can kill time while being on the clock probably. lord help me

I won't order from them again. Some of what we ordered arrived broken and there is really no way to contact the seller (who I am sure would have liked to solve the problem) and if/when you do finally reach someone they really have no interest in being helpful or resolving the issue. We decided it was best to write it off, but won't do business with them again.

Mandan un correo diciendo que tengo que borrar las listas y volverlas a subir. Me han enviado 3 correos para "seguir unos pasos" y siguen sin reestablecer la cuenta. Y lo que es todavía peor, a muchos clientes les han estado llegando los correos a la carpeta de spam. En conclusión: 2500 € tirados a la basura. No se te ocurra utilizar esta porquería de servicio. Hay muchas otras opciones. They send an email saying that I have to delete the lists and upload them again. They have sent me 3 emails to "follow a steps" and they still do not reestablish the account. Worse still, many customers have been finding their emails in the spam folder. In conclusion: € 2,500 thrown away. Don't ever use this service crap. There are many other options. I usually prefer Home Depot and this is another reason why. I ordered a bathroom vanity and it arrived broken. Things happen right? Ok, I understand. Called the store to schedule another delivery and pickup of the damaged one. Mind you , I already paid $125 for the installer to show up (it was $250 total labor but half for showing up). I realize accidents happen but this isn't the customer's fault, yet the customer is paying for it. I told the manager if they could deliver next day (my guys are there working and it wouldn't be an extra charge) that I would accept $125 off (25% discount). He told me it wouldn't be until Wed or Thursday which would have me paying another $250 in labor because my guy would have to make a special trip. He told me he couldn't do anything about that. So, because the item arrived damaged, the customer has to pay? I run a business too and if I ask a customer to pay for my mistake, they would leave me a negative review and I wouldn't have a customer anymore. Home Depot actually takes care of its customers. Every time I buy from Lowe's, I'm usually sorry that I did. Very Poor.

I can't login to cancel my subscription. I've tried multiple emails, multiple passwords, nothing. I can't even get a password reset cause no matter what email I try to use it claims an account with that email doesn't exist.I know for a FACT that I have an account, because I get charged every month for a service I thought I canceled a while ago. Dreamstime is a scam that makes it impossible to log in and cancel your subscription. Screw you guys.

Shadow banned?i used to get many followers and likes everyday on Depop. I was falsely reported for apparently selling "fake goods" by a disgruntled customer who wasn't happy with my price. Depop refused to review the complaint and just removed all my listings - forcing me to retake my photos to show my products were in fact, real.Since then, my followers have been decreasing - I haven't had any real growth, maybe a new follower a every 3 months? this has been going on for the last 2 years. None of my posts get any likes anymore when I used to get hundreds per listing. I asked Depop if they shadow banned me and they said they don't do such things but evidently, that was a lie. Terrible platform and I'm glad to see other platforms are doing better.
