I brought tickets for an event and when I arrived to the location, the event didn’t exist. This company is a scam, and bunch of thieves their response was that they are not able to issue a refund at this time as the event in question does not appear to be cancelled. What ??? It was an empty hall you thieves !!! You ruined my and my partner evening!!!

I would like to be able to edit the bbc sports app so I just see what I want to see. For example I don’t want to read about women’s football, but I do men’s. I want to be able to view women’s golf and tennis, but not men’s. The app will not allow you to split it by gender which means you have to scroll through loads of things your not interested in. I asked bbc about it but not interested, said they want readers to see both gender sports. I use ESPN now as much better.

I purchased an item for £369 and after 14 days of waiting for my parcel to arrive (according to the tracking information it is still at DPD data centre and was never out for delivery at any point) I eventually cancelled my order, after getting no where with customer services. I have now been told that I will have to wait for a refund until the parcel is received back to the warehouse!?.. It is still with DPD!? The item was for a very special birthday, that came and passed and I had to fork out again to resolve this situation with another company that delivered within 2 days. I need my refund ASAP PLEASE. Having previously spent large amounts of money on vouchers and gifts, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with LEGO.

Just Awful. I purchased a $1400 TV to be installed. I called customer service, placed and scheduled the order for 1/27. Had to clear my day because they don’t give you a window till the day before. At that time I got a text to reschedule. I again called, they needed to reschedule to 2/1 and promised no more rescheduling. Today 1/31 I never got a call and when I called them they wanted to reschedule for 2/11. I told them to just cancel since I have zero faith they’ll actually bring it

I’ve been using Agoda for about a year or two, thinking it was just like Booking.com, but NO it’s shady platform that lies to your face. At least Booking.com is transparent about prices, clearly showing if taxes are included or not. But Agoda? They blatantly deceive you, slapping on hidden fees at the last second.They love to flash big, bold prices labeled "including taxes and fees", but guess what? When you get to checkout, BAM! Another $10, $15 magically appears out of nowhere.

THINK TWICE BEFORE SHOPPING TARGET. They are the LEAST CUSTOMER FOCUSED retailer I have ever dealt with. They don't even deserve 1 star. THEY send the wrong item. THEY will NOT REPLACE. THEIR automated service kept telling me to press 2 if that was another order & EVERY TIME THEIR automated system said 2 wasn't an option. IF I WERE STUPID ENOUGH TO REORDER, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING. My order was split tender. My credit card was charged appx the amout of this item, but they won't credit my account. All the so-called customer service clerk could do was read a script. No other retailer treats customers this way. THROW away a customer instead of trying to keep them. RIDICULOUS. Several years ago I called corporate with A QUESTION & ENDED UP PART OF A BREACH. THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE RISKS & AGGRAVATION.

Bought galaxy smartwatch in feb22 new in box on uk website 130 pounds 7 months later blank screen I contacted Samsung UK gave the serial number the lady stated yes under warranty to 2024 BUT as the watch was manufactured out of the UK the warranty was invalid ,so everyone unless you know if the device was manufactured in the UK your warranty is invalid just in case anyone at this great company is reading this my repair reference was 2134940653 so in essence this global company will not honour the 24 month warranty statement on their uk website for sub standard faulty items I will be contacting trading standards re this apparant blatant breach of consumer law in future I will be very wary buying their products in case I have a problem as where on earth does a consumer find out where an item was manufactured please do not have an experience as I have had.Merry xmas Paul m

I ordered a Samsung refrigerator… the delivery and installation of the refrigerator was provided by Hermes. Samsung unfortunately does not do the delivery and installation. Hermes only installed the fridge without making any arrangements for water connection. Hermes said they don’t do water installation and Samsung said Hermes is supposed to do water installation. I will NOT recommend Samsung to anyone if the delivery and installation is so painful, how pathetic would After sales service be. I am now waiting for Samsung and Hermes to sort out who is responsible for water connection

My husband and I have had joint NT membership for many years. Yesterday my daughter and I wanted to go into the Orangerie cafe at Ham House. We were asked to buy an entrance ticket for my daughter (£14!) because the cafe is within the Ham House grounds and she wasn't the second adult on the joint membership. Who in their right would pay for going into a cafe?? The ticket lady claimed that they would be "overrun with people" if they allowed an "extra" person in: we only wanted the cafe and, anyway, my daughter would not have been an "extra" because my husband wasn't there and there were still only two of us. In the event we left and went to Petersham Nurseries a few minutes down the road where we had a lovely lunch. Plus I will cancel our NT membership. I have Tate membership which is for me plus one guest and I think it is high time the NT showed some flexibility and introduced the same. They seem to be working on the assumption that people will just pay for an extra ticket: instead they are shooting themselves in the foot. The £60 we spent on the lunch could have been theirs.

I had been finding the articles useful over the last few years and was about to pay to subscribe, but suddenly it decided that it knew what 'my politics' were and started sending the most slanted, untrue, political hit pieces ever. I'm non-partisan and decide each issue on what my own values and desires are. I don't like seeing political agenda motivated slander heaped on either the so-called 'left' or the so-called 'right', especially in a media outlet that purports to be a 'trusted source'. This kind of social media has a large part of promoting the highly divided society that we see today, by failing to present to people balanced sides, instead people are lulled into thinking that everyone else feels the way that they do and that therefore anyone else with a different idea is not a 'real person' but some kind of 'other'. This could be the downfall of civilized society that we're seeing.
