Just Awful

Just Awful. I purchased a $1400 TV to be installed. I called customer service, placed and scheduled the order for 1/27. Had to clear my day because they don’t give you a window till the day before. At that time I got a text to reschedule. I again called, they needed to reschedule to 2/1 and promised no more rescheduling. Today 1/31 I never got a call and when I called them they wanted to reschedule for 2/11. I told them to just cancel since I have zero faith they’ll actually bring it
