I purchased an item for £369 and after 14 days of waiting for my parcel to arrive (according to the tracking information it is still at DPD data centre and was never out for delivery at any point) I eventually cancelled my order, after getting no where with customer services. I have now been told that I will have to wait for a refund until the parcel is received back to the warehouse!?.. It is still with DPD!? The item was for a very special birthday, that came and passed and I had to fork out again to resolve this situation with another company that delivered within 2 days. I need my refund ASAP PLEASE. Having previously spent large amounts of money on vouchers and gifts, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with LEGO.
