Have a DNS problem that won't resolve and was basically told it wasn't their problem. Maybe they are grumpy that have hosting with another provider? May it was technically beyond their scope? Easier to transfer domain that suffer through long "support" chats that go nowhere.The problem is that the default servers on two domains I have with Domain.com are not Domain.com servers. The Parking page goes to a Network Solutions ad-click page. So, until the default servers are correctly configured I do not have access to properly modify DNS records. I need to somehow get Domain.com to fix the problem. The response from their support group was that I needed to contact the "hosting" provider. These domains are parked with Domain.com and are not hosted anywhere. I plan to just pay to have the domains moved to another registrar, but the authorization codes haven't been sent to me yet. Kinda feels like being a hostage.

A customer for 44 years. 3 cards! I pay them off every month! I lost my card and called. I was greeted by a citizen of a foreign country. He was VERY rude!!!! He said I would get my new card in 12 days from FedEx. I ask what the holdup was. He said YOU WANT THE CARD OR NOT!!!! I SAID LET ME TALK TO AN AMERICAN. HE HUNG UP!!! I called and got another rep. I told it, I needed to speak to an AMERICAN!!! He transferred me. A woman answered and ask my problem. I said I can't make the other rep understand I need my card sooner. SHE THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I WENT TO ONLINE CHAT. BOT SAID USPS WOULD DELIVER MY CARD IN 12 DAYS. I SAID THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD!!! CHAT BOT ENDED THE CHAT!!!!!!!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE, LIKE THE GOVERNMENT ARE OUT OF CONTROL!!!! I OWE THEM NOTHING AND HAVE CLOSED ALL 3 ACCOUNTS!!!!!!!

This company is so SH** I have never been so pi**ed around Christmas in my life, a child was left without a gift this year due to there horrible customer support and surveys, I made one order and received no ‘call/text or email’ regarding confirmation. I accepted the transaction with my bank and yet they can’t confirm it on their end. There support can’t do anything to support you but waste you life time with pointless promises, not to even add the fact I was lied 5 times and again the last time of contact which was the 6th. Given a wrong number by there own team to speak to a manager just to find out it’s not the manegers line and they will not let me speak to someone that can make a decision or a difference for me. It’s been almost a week and still nothing has happend no refund or re-enbursed me for my money, they have stolen from me now and are not replying. The worst and shi*ist company I’ve know to mankind. I’ve never complained but you urban outfitters are a total disgrace to the shopping and clothing industry

Subscription Cancelled I bought a 12 month subscription key and entered it then after a month it was cancelled. No email or notification.
