I want to give zero stars. Even with a paid plan, I cannot get any help. According to Zoom, I am not the "Admin" of my own account that I pay for. It won't let me change any settings; I only get a machine when I call. The Chat Bot goes around in circles... It is maddening and makes me feel like nothing but a credit card number. The only thing that Zoom cares about is my credit card!

I recently got harassed on Xbox over a gamer picture and it wasn’t even offensive and then I get harassed by Xbox support and they say they cannot do anything for the ban and after I got off the phone with Xbox I get another email saying that I got another ban but it doesn’t even say why so you know what I’m done with Xbox they have been disrespectful and non helpful to me and even my friends have had major problems with them, I’ve been playing Xbox before the 360 and all I gotta say is that it’s time to make a change and buy a PlayStation 4. This is absolutely unacceptable! And yes I’ve called Microsoft support to discuss the problem I had about a 1 day ban and they just simply harassed me and after I got off the phone with them I was given a 3 day ban!

It shouldn't be so easy to sign up for a product, but so difficult to cancel. I think if you really want to a subscription, then signing up is fine. However, if you think you might leave, I would not suggest signing up for a trial to test the service. It's just a pain to leave.

I established my ad; then it was paused; reactivated it after talking to a representative who recommended sponsoring it @$100. did that. nothing happened. A rep emailed me that our ad was not active? She corrected that. Next rep recommended changing the sponsorship to $60-didn't need to do $100. did that. Nothing improved on responses. Next rep said we should do $100. It was a long 3 months

Had a terrible experience with Zoom, similar to another review few days back regarding violation of terms. The email for violation came at midnight and didnot even allow to access the account. When I spoke to the Sales person he said file and appeal. I asked what is the appeal for, what is my violation, he had no answer and just kept on saying He cannot help. This was a trial demo and hardly made any calls and this is the situation. I'm thankful I didnot port my numbers to Zoom. They should not be allowed to operate like this and the customer service is horrible.

Bought a PC case last year and it was smooth sailing. Attempted to purchase a PC on February first and the order went through and everything was confirmed. Get an email the next day saying my order was voided and my refund was “under review” so I tried reaching out to their customer service team to see what was going on. Why was my order processed and confirmed just to be voided? Seems like they’re doubling selling items or maybe they just have a terrible payment processor UI? If you’re going to void a purchase than the least you could do is respond to your customers asking for assistance… but instead they keep saying they’re looking into it and then close the chat without answering me. I opened a case with PayPal to get my money back, but they finally processed it. I don’t have a clue what is happening to this company, but it seems like they’re suffering on the order fulfillment and customer service aspects. I should have believed the other reviewers but they used to be so good. Hopefully they can turn the ship around and make make amends to the customers they lost.
