Subscription Cancelled I bought a 12 month subscription key and entered it then after a month it was cancelled. No email or notification. When I contacted support I got the following reply.Hello, We do not honor gift memberships that we suspect may have been obtained in violation of our Terms of Use, and therefore, we terminated your Premium Membership Gift Code as per Section 5 of the Terms of Use. SupportAfter checking section 5 it basically says they can terminate your account and they dont have to have a reason.I've asked them to delete my account as this feels like extremely bad customer service and I will not be using their services ever again. I would recommend never buying a yearly subscription as they can cancel at any time"5.
