The interest rate is the most important reason we're shopping mortgages in the 1st place. The problem is that not one of the banks advertised actually offers the rates they advertise and I have a 813 credit score with zero debt other than my mortgage so it's not because of credit scores. Bankrate.com appears to be just a bait and switch third party creating a legal loophole for the banks to use for false advertising.

I was so excited when I came across artsy. I have sent 3 emails asking a question and I have received no answer! For 17.99 I received a piece of paper showing specifics on what kind of cement to use. I feel that this is a real rip off and that I have been misled and this is just another way for her to make money. My View is that she just does not care about personally answering customers questions who happen to take an extreme interest in her projects. I have been misled and I thought that this was a personable kind of company that would answer consumers questions on the projects that artsy explains. Very very disappointed——just another vendor who doesn’t care.

I tried to purchase 6 items that were on sale on their website. The purchase looked like it went through on my CC, but then their site showed an error. I contacted their customer service by phone and email, and they were not helpful at all. I kept saying that I just wanted help to complete the purchase at the original sale price, but they wanted to charge me $20 more. I asked to speak to a manager, but they said no one was available. The customer service rep then told me to purchase at the higher price, and then submit the receipt for a refund. I asked her to email me something in writing saying that I would get the $20 difference back, and then she put me on hold--and then came back and said that she actually wasn't authorized to give me a refund. I then emailed customer service to get help and sent screenshots, and they said that they would reply in 48 hours. When they failed to do so, I contacted them again 5 days later. They finally responded - asked for a lot of information - which I gave them, and then ignored my multiple requests for help with completing my purchase. I don't even think that they read their emails. Their customer service is HORRIBLE.

I recently tried to activate a iphone 6 with a new sim and transfer my old number to that. After many hours filling out online process get to the end Telstra advise not possible message us do that get to end of process telstra person states they cant do it phone 1322 or go to shop. Go to shop told to book appointment try that next available in 2 weeks. Phone 1322 wait 1 hr on hold then line cut off. This has laa wasted around 5 hrs of my time to do what Telstar clearly states on their prepaid sim cards they sell. They are not providing the advertised product you are paying for. It is a disgrace and should be penalised by ASIC

I went to Telstra in Midland today to get something on my rewards.I was introduced to Catherine who was very professional.To be honest Catherine would be one of the best face to face people i have ever come across.not only did she show me how to use the device i purchased but also fixed my login details.A pleasure to talk to and i never felt uncomfortable or was she pushy.Thank you Catherine,a wonderful experience.10/10.
