Absolutely terrible. Fiverr is nothing but bunch of un-qualified individuals claiming to be artists creating ads for services of which they do not follow at all. For example, I decided to have my company logo animated. I chose an individual who claimed they would animate my logo. Upon receiving the product, my logo was not animated at all, only pasted stationary on a motion template and did not move at all. Upon asking the freelancer why he didn’t animate my logo he said oh that I have to pay extra for that. I was willing to pay good money to have it being done not pay money to be deceived. The freelancer did nothing to correct the situation and I ended up having to dispute it with my credit card to get my money back. Fiverr administration did absolutely nothing but side with the freelancer. I think these people forget that here in America we have standards for business practices based on ethical principles of quality and integrity. Word of caution if you decide to go with Fiverr, beware of a completely contrasting set of ethical standards and principals are at play in this rogue marketplace. And as far as getting a resolution to your problems, best of luck.

AOL used to be great in functioanlity and service. I guess Yahoo buying AOL has led to a demise in quality cutomer service care and technical acuity: does not really exist! Every time I screen share to resolve an issue half my searches begin with Yahoo. BTW: please do not waste my time telling me how sorry you are and tghat NO supervisors are available and that you cannot resolve my issue!!!

One of the worst advertising company I had ever used.Poor products and services, lots of bugs on the product.They will ask for you to pay though you don't use their products. It's been years we been using Adroll for our marketing campaigns purpose. On 5th of April, 2019 our account was suspended because of overdue payment. And from onward of 5th April, 2019 all our campaign were paused whereas only one campaign (Facebook re-targeting campaign) been continuously running coz of some bugs issues in Adroll inspite our account been suspended on 5th of April 2019.The only Facebook camping been running without after 5th of April, 2019 till 21st May, 2019. In between the time the Facebook campaign had generated invoice without letting us knew. We don't know how come a suspended account have one campaign keeps running whereas other campaign been paused.On 21st May, 2019 we had cleared all our past invoices which was generated during our account been suspended. And after paying all the invoices my account been resumed and I had stopped all my campaign manually.But though all my campaign been stopped, only the Facebook campaign been running coz of bugs issues and generated invoices. And we been deducted for that invoices after stopping our campaigns. When I had raised this issues to the Adroll support they had realized the issues of bugs in Adroll and Facebook.They took more than 2 weeks to resolve the bugs and held me keep awaited for our answers. I had asked for them to refund which is been charged by us because of bugs in the Adroll. They told me that I will get refund only my for those invoices which been charged after 21st May, 2019. But they are not agreeing to refund all my money which i had paid invoice which were generated from our account been suspended (5th april, 2019).

Ordered 2 pairs and 8 of the shoe charms on September 9th for my daughter. Received a message they were on the truck to be delivered on the 14th. I checked back and the update was gone with no further information! It’s now the 18th and still no delivery or update on the tracking. I’m very disappointed and wish I would have read these reviews prior to ordering. I will never order from the site again but instead go to Concord Mills and buy them. Thanks a lot Crocs:(

Really bad return customer service at stores. I went three times to try to return something (waiting for about 1 hour). But the que is ridiculously long to return, because there is only one person handling the returns. They don’t care because they want to make it difficult for you to return and they don’t care about service. They rather let you keep something you don’t wear and it’s bad for the environment, just so they can earn money. When there are enough people working there, because nowhere else in the store the que is that long. Ridiculous!
