I tried to purchase 6 items that were on sale on their website. The purchase looked like it went through on my CC, but then their site showed an error. I contacted their customer service by phone and email, and they were not helpful at all. I kept saying that I just wanted help to complete the purchase at the original sale price, but they wanted to charge me $20 more. I asked to speak to a manager, but they said no one was available. The customer service rep then told me to purchase at the higher price, and then submit the receipt for a refund. I asked her to email me something in writing saying that I would get the $20 difference back, and then she put me on hold--and then came back and said that she actually wasn't authorized to give me a refund. I then emailed customer service to get help and sent screenshots, and they said that they would reply in 48 hours. When they failed to do so, I contacted them again 5 days later. They finally responded - asked for a lot of information - which I gave them, and then ignored my multiple requests for help with completing my purchase. I don't even think that they read their emails. Their customer service is HORRIBLE.
