Never received my order, I saw the post van drive to my door, by the time I got down he had gone and nothing was at the door. Now I am having to go and report a crime of something I never had possession of, they will not question the delivery company. i never signed for anything obviously. Customer care is an absolute joke, they ended online chat 3 times and then I called and even the Manager just hung up on me!!! I WILL NEVER order another thing from Amazon. Even thinking of cancelling EVERYTHING?Subscription I have too if that's how they treat their paying customers

Was trying to watch the Yankee vs Boston tonight and first had to endure Bob Costa and his lengthy inane dissertation on split screen. It was very disruptive to anyone who wanted to watch the game. Finally he left and was replaced by Roger Clemons who went on and on teaching the tv audience how to throw a baseball. Finally we had watch Berry Bonds and his bicycle story.

I Got Scammed by a Seller and AliExpress Did Nothing – Terrible Customer Support!I bought a cap from AliExpress for $13. When it arrived, the package AND the cap were badly damaged. I contacted the seller starting from May 1st – not a single reply. I messaged again and again. Silence.I opened a dispute and uploaded clear pictures of the damage. Then AliExpress asked me to record a video – I did that too. After all this, their "solution" was: return the cap to China at MY expense if I want a refund. I went to the post office – it costs $15 to send it back, more than the cap itself! $13 item and $15 shipping just to fix THEIR mistake?I tried to explain this in the dispute, but their system is so limited – there's no way to add more info or respond properly. I contacted AliExpress support and they told me to wait until June 9 to appeal. I waited and followed everything they said. I submitted FOUR appeals, and every single one was rejected with the same useless message: "Contact the seller." WHAT?? The seller has ignored me from day one!So now I’m left with a damaged product, zero support, and no refund. AliExpress protected the seller and completely failed the customer. I feel cheated. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.AliExpress is NOT a safe platform. If something goes wrong, they leave you on your own. Terrible experience, zero accountability. NEVER AGAIN.

We used Agoda to book two nights in a hotel in Devon. Upon arrival we were told they had no hot water but it would be sorted the next day. The next evening, we were advised "still no hot water". We messaged Agoda on both days asking for assistance and direction on how to deal with this and just went round in circles. We now receive an e-mail every day advising "rest assured that we are still working on your case... we intend to provide you with an update within the next 48 hours or earlier". Absolutely dreadful platform that we will not be using to make a hotel (or other) booking again!

Had to call AAA on way from work as I ran over some tool causing my tire to loose air. From the customer service rep who was patient to confirm that I had provided the name of the street I was on in a different town (was on the border of two towns) to the AAA rep who came and put a spare on. First it was an hour and half wait, turned out to be a 15min wait. The AA rep who came and changed my tire, Lavar J. (NJ) was great. Lavar J was awesome - he created a stressful issue to one that was not. Thank you Lavar J. for all that you do.

my family has had aaa for nearly fifty years. in the past, they have been helpful. i tried to call for a battery replacement yesterday and it was the biggest waste of my time. i do not plan on sticking with them once my membership expires next year.

I accidentally stumbled upon an article by Salete Cravo claiming to be a selfmade millionaire and making ridiculous claims about the amount of money you can make using certain sites. The examples and 'evidence' she provides can easily be checked and turned out to be completely false which makes the article a total scam with its only purpose to lure people into clicking on dubious links. Having only 18 Twitter followers is a bit low for a self made millionaire, don't you think?Apparently she has more of those 'articles' on this site. If medium.com had a bit of self respect they should ban 'writers' like that.

They have increased their HP ink plan prices yet again. I went to cancel my subscription but was informed that the instant ink cartridges currently in my printer will stop working at the end of the billing cycle - in 4 days. My monthly subscription, regardless of usage, has paid for those cartridges. Since they are quite full I will wait to empty them then cancel my subscription. It’s a con since I have rarely used the number of pages I pay for a month.

One of the worst customer service experience. They charged me for the wrong plan and then wouldn't refund. I contacted them several times and they kept stating they would expedite. I disputed it on my credit card and received the refund that way. Make sure you removal all files first from their cloud.
