Throughout his search he kept us constantly informed, explaining what he was doing and why. We set him something of a challenge and the standard procedure of Severn Trent did not assist in finding the location of the stop tap. Leigh was very good in taking a broader view of the problem and the steps needed to solve it. As a result he was successful in achieving a solution. He went 'over and above' and thought 'outside the box' and we are very grateful to him. Leigh was very polite, courteous and patient throughout and is an excellent asset to Severn Trent.

I did one simple survey and sadly had to pay the $110 per month fee. I asked the company to cancel this auto subscription in June and they didn’t cancel it until four months later. I asked for my $440 back repeatedly and customer service Refused to refund my money.

Paid for one year for one survey for a PHD research paper. My account was automatically billed for another year. Do not recall it being auto-billed, however, let them know within a day after i was charged and they refused to give me a full or partial refund. I will look to steer my students and other educators from this service to their competitors.

There are a ton of features, but outages are often and support is terrible. If you have an issue with any integration, good luck getting any support at all with setup or troubleshooting, even when it turns out to be an issue with ActiveCampaign's API.

99designs gives you an amazing choice. We received plenty of designers and design options for our challenge. This gave us a lot more to think about with what we really wanted from a design. Having worked one-on-one with many designers in the past, it's sometimes difficult to match your vision with theirs. With a plethora of designers and designs, you are far more likely to find a designer that gets your message. Furthermore, their support team was very helpful.I highly recommend 99designs.

Terrible experience , Shopify Used to be a great platform back when they have phone support, now that the support has gone, it's horrible if you have a problem, and you have to keep typing in the chat, and let's say whoever you're typing to. Don't understand the problem. There is going to be misunderstandings. It took about 3 weeks for them to resolve a problem of mine.Now I have another problem and I'm trying to go through support. And I'm having Trouble reaching them. I'm very disappointed and I'm going to look for a e-commerce store with phone support!!!!!

I have been trying to sell on etsy for months and I am getting sales and good reviews in my shop.But etsy are not paying me at all.My etsy selling page tells me I have significant funds to withdraw, I set it up and the date comes and no money.I have tried to contact etsy, but they just tell me the funds are on the way. They say they are looking into it, but i never get a response. They don't have a contact number, they don't answer emails, the chat service no longer works.2 months later I'm now having to take the company to small claims to get my money owed.Think carefully before selling with etsy.
