I Got Scammed by a Seller and AliExpress Did Nothing – Terrible Customer Support!I bought a cap from AliExpress for $13. When it arrived, the package AND the cap were badly damaged. I contacted the seller starting from May 1st – not a single reply. I messaged again and again. Silence.I opened a dispute and uploaded clear pictures of the damage. Then AliExpress asked me to record a video – I did that too. After all this, their "solution" was: return the cap to China at MY expense if I want a refund. I went to the post office – it costs $15 to send it back, more than the cap itself! $13 item and $15 shipping just to fix THEIR mistake?I tried to explain this in the dispute, but their system is so limited – there's no way to add more info or respond properly. I contacted AliExpress support and they told me to wait until June 9 to appeal. I waited and followed everything they said. I submitted FOUR appeals, and every single one was rejected with the same useless message: "Contact the seller." WHAT?? The seller has ignored me from day one!So now I’m left with a damaged product, zero support, and no refund. AliExpress protected the seller and completely failed the customer. I feel cheated. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.AliExpress is NOT a safe platform. If something goes wrong, they leave you on your own. Terrible experience, zero accountability. NEVER AGAIN.
