We used Agoda to book two nights in a hotel in Devon. Upon arrival we were told they had no hot water but it would be sorted the next day. The next evening, we were advised "still no hot water". We messaged Agoda on both days asking for assistance and direction on how to deal with this and just went round in circles. We now receive an e-mail every day advising "rest assured that we are still working on your case... we intend to provide you with an update within the next 48 hours or earlier". Absolutely dreadful platform that we will not be using to make a hotel (or other) booking again!
