Asked for Gov. Photo ID AFTER I payed/signed up & suspended my services, BS

Trying to launch a new blog, I signed up with GetResponse (not knowing any better) . Everything seemed fine until the day after I signed up, I had received an email saying that my account was being put on 'hold' because something on their end flagged my account (?) and in order to access my account, I needed to scan a piece of GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID. Of course I didn't feel right about it, I asked them for help and advised that I wasn't comfortable with the idea and didn't remember reading that warning anywhere before signing up (I also advised that I had no photo ID to show). I was basically told to beat it and cancel my services because there was nothing that could be done if I didn't have ID to show, not to mention they DO NOT offer refunds in all or majority of cases. I read over their policies and terms again and specifically noticed that there is no indication anywhere on their website that advises of this 'asking for ID' scam for "some" accounts.I decided to take it up again with another dept. on their website and she was basically telling me there was nothing that could be done and no refund either. She also advised that it only happens to "some" accounts for reasons they're unaware of (which is BS). She then made references to their policy and I asked her to point out exactly where in their policies it advises about this "some" account ID thing and she began talking in circles, absolutely clueless. Of course, she advised me to take it up with yet another department (clearly she must have felt that they could've come up with a better excuse). I received another email from their compliance dept. advising again that there was nothing that could be done about my refund. Days later, someone on their end from the billing dept. seemed to come to their senses and advised that they could try to give me my refund (without giving a further explanation as to why this happened, of course). This was on Sept 8th '16, still no refund. I'm currently taking them up with the BBB, it seems like it's the norm now for these fraudulent website based companies to find anyway to rip people off.

Ridiculous Excuse for delayed delivery

Package was supposed to be here 2 days ago, it's coming from a store that's only an hour away from me. Tracking is saying that it's delayed because of 'weather conditions'. What weather conditions? Are we living in the same province? Are you referring to the wind? Ridiculous excuse!!!

I wish I could give a zero for this company. The worse company ever! Phones doesn’t works and they charge you a huge bill for a phone that won’t work at all! No connection or anything! Terrible terrible. I’m being charged $300 almost $400 for a bill that was supposed to be $110 a month

Ever wondered why the rate of cancer is now one in two people, which has increased dramatically over the last 30 years, CR spends very little on research, it’s wage bill is huge, the cost of raising the funds eats up a third of donations and no money is spent on educating people regarding diet, lifestyle and carcinogens. I’m in no doubt if money donated was invested in aforementioned, the rate of cancer would reduce more significantly than CR as a charity who so far can’t evidence any significant breakthroughs

Awful company, doesn’t help you when you need it

I have triple A as well as my dad, and both of us tried to get them out for a tow due to a shot wheel bearing. Keep in mind this happened in Raleigh NC and we were 2 hours away from home. Had to constantly call every hour since 3 pm, but they never showed up. Not even a call, just said they were looking for a driver the whole time, ended up just getting the part from advanced auto and fixing it myself on the side of the highway…getting home at 3am. Terrible service and outright awful communication! What’s the point in even paying for Triple AAA plus if they don’t even help you when you need a tow????

Today, while viewing a property listed on Zillow.com, I experienced racial discrimination from your real estate agent, **Robert Littman**. Upon meeting me, his first question was, “Where are you from?”When I replied that I was from Korea, he immediately asked, “North Korea or South Korea?”I explicitly told him that such questions can be perceived as racist by Koreans and that he should stop asking them. Instead of apologizing, he responded with a dismissive “Oh yeah?”If your company wants to be taken seriously as a real estate service, you need to educate your agents on basic manners and common sense. Racial discrimination has no place in professional interactions, and I expect Zillow to **take immediate action** to address this issue.

i believe that the reason it hasn't posted the reviews for the new Aquaman movie is b/c the rating is alREAdy at a horrendous 5 point something and the consensus of the reviews in the last 2 days(mine included, a rating of 3 out of 10) would knock the average rating even lower...this is not a trustworthy site by any means.

Censorship is out of control on MSNThis has been getting worse every day recently. Less and fewer comments are being allowed or reviewed. Works and acronyms are being blocked, even company lettering such as WEF. They are now even blocking tone. Yet somehow they are allowing abuse and harassment from left-wing woke commenters. Free speech is a basic human right - what gives you the right to take this away.

I ordered a TV from LG UK and then booked a delivery date with their delivery partner, Panther Warehousing. They confirmed the date with me.At 4.11 pm on the day before the confirmed delivery, Panther Warehousing sent the following message by text and e mail. “ Unfortunately your LG order has been booked for an incorrect date. We can only apologise for this and have re-booked it for the next available.”No other explanation was given and no revised date or option was offered.On checking Panther Warehousing’s website, they have scheduled my delivery for Monday 17th. Six days after the date they agreed with me and with no attempt to determine if this date was even suitable, never mind acceptable.This is the worst “ customer care “ communication and attitude I have ever experienced.They agreed and confirmed the date with me so someone in their company must have failed to schedule the delivery and so through no fault of my own, I have to give up another day and rearrange my plans.I have now been told that they have no stock.They still took my order and my money .LG UK do not respond to reviews, nor do they respond to e mails or answer the phone .
