I guess it's 0,1% worthy to write about Ebay, because it's almost an automatic gesture to use this company for webshopping, but their are definitely a SINKING F* SHIP! And the worst is the 2nd biggest Ebay, the German one. Customer Service is inexistant. If you got any troubles, you will stay in trouble, I garantee it to you, no one will help you.Bunch of disgusting b@astad horde!

a bad bad bad company!!! do not deal with them!! i opened an account, payed 150 bucks, and they blocked my campaigns and restricted my legit email lists. i asked them to help me get it through, but instead marked my questions and ticket as spam!!!! bad people. no help. they are here to get your money and freek you out. DO NOT TOUCH SENDPULSE. ITS BA DAD BAD platform. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD TO WHOM YOU CAN. Hotels.com left me stranded with a no good reservation

Made a reservation and received confirmation, my card was charged. Later received message asking how was my check in. I got to the hotel: no reservation found. After 90 min with customer service I was told my reservation went to a “ third party” and that third party told them I canceled the reservation. Never mind it was still active on my profile, I never canceled, and I received another confirmation right before check in. They left me stranded, with no apology and said it was my fault. And billed my credit card. Scam!

To whom it may concern I was in your Mercato Mall store in Naples Florida on August 9th around 9 p.m. I came in there regularly this particular night everyone was very professional the store was actually very clean I observed a manager by the name of Phil is very professional the food was excellent the service has been mediocre but on this particular night it was outstanding I know people take out the time to complain but not as much to compliment so I would like to the management team recognize this crew if every store and every crew was like this you should have no complaints just keep up the good work.

Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Avoid Avoid Avoid.I ordered a dress which came damaged. I want to return but Zara want me to cover return cost. It is a small fee but that is not the point. If I ordered and changed my mind then no problem paying a return fee. But the item was damaged. When I contacted Zara, their suggestion was to go to a store to return it for free. I live 50 miles from nearest store!! Horrible customer service

Vous demandez et payez un supplément pour être livré rapidement, hé bien n'attendez pas votre colis de suite. Mais plutôt 8 à 10 jours après. Je crois que TEMPSL devrait changer de transporteur. Mon colis était arrivé dans les locaux du transporteur, mais celui ci n'a livré que plusieurs jours après et après 19 heures.
J'ai réussi à avoir quelqu'un au téléphone, il faut être patient, mais on doit me rembourser le supplément pour la livraison express. Je n'ai encore rien reçu je vous tiens au courant

I would not recommend the Opera Browser…

I would not recommend the Opera Browser from Opera Software of Norway, because it won't allow you to change the default search on your browser address bar and it won't let you change your search provider unless they list them. They do this to try to put other search engines out of business. It is really a bad way to do business, trying to keep small businesses out of your browser.

Poor Customer Service

I was hoping to clarify the purchase process for the IBM SPSS Statistics software, because it required us to enter company details (GST code), and I could not purchase a copy as a student or someone working in academia. I contacted them via a online chat service but no one was online at 930am despite their online hours starting from 9am, and I even called the local hotlines, to realise that all their numbers stated were invalid. I contacted them through the online form to the sales team, with a statement from the form guaranteeing a reply within a working day. I also waited for a reply from the online chat bot, but I had no response from both. Finally, I managed to get hold of an online representative the next day at around 10.30am through the chat bot, who then informed me that I had to purchase with one of their partners. I asked to clarify about the possibility of purchasing a corporate copy because I understood that their partners offer student and academia editions of the SPSS Statistics software. He interrupted me halfway through my question and insisted I give him my email address so that he could connect me with the partners. After I did, he sent it to the wrong email address, and I had to ask once again whether he had sent the email. He then told me that my email address is invalid, and I realised that he had entered the wrong email address.I am very disappointed with such customer service, especially since IBM is supposed to be a professional company with years of experience. I hope that they can at least make a clarification or a note on their webpage to inform customers that they cannot be contacted at certain hours, and through their hotlines.

The worst communication platform if you…

The worst communication platform if you are in need of assistance. You can’t even get a live person on their paid “Premium Service” account line. I wasted 30m of precious life that I can’t get back being sent in circles on a recorded line.I cannot access my account which automatically logged me out for some reason though I have it set to remember me on this computer. The backup request are going to emails and numbers I no longer have access to. They have no numbers that get you to a LIVE PERSON. It’s a ridiculous waste of time.
