Yoast inspired trust for me because they recommended that I didn't purchase their add-on. I asked about it because it was on special offer. Victoria took the time to understand my business and client base, and then said this add-on wasn't right for me. Only a few organisations will forgo a sale if a product isn't right for a customer. Thank you Yoast for being one of the good guys!

No universal sizing across ASOS design, makes it so hard to buy anything that fits first time without having to return and rebuy hoping it fits. I no longer receive free returns because I return often. Yeah no wonder! Your sizing is completely insane. I bought 2 tops and a pair of trousers in my size last week, how do none of them fit yet some are too big and some too small? Without the free return it’s a colossal waste of time and money.

Terrible place. Cant even talk to a live person if a problem.Ordered in May finally shipped in September. No updates or notice of delay. And could not cancel order. Have to go thru a long return process.After not receiving in a month I had ordered item from another place and received in a week.

"Die Welt", once a conservative flagship of Springer, may be less left leaning than "Sueddeutsche" and "Die Zeit" but only if you take into account the occasional journalistic highlight. Otherwise, they produce the same biased blather like most of the German media, i.e. Trump = stupid, Johnson = hustler, CO2 = devil, immigration = good. Very sad.

Decided to give temu a go and wish I hadn't. Ordered 6 items one of them being a large 55" long picture... Package finally arrived even though I was under the impression it was to be from a UK warehouse but tracking states left airport etc...when arrived via evri ( with pictured delivery) the bag contained 5 items....NO large picture came with the delivery. I contacted temu straight away and let them know I had a missing item...contacted them again today as I'd received no refund to be told ...the warehouse said it packed the item so not giving you a refund...FOR AN ITEM I NEVER RECEIVED...now having to do a charge back through PayPal....what a nightmare...never never use them, total rip off company I'm so disappointed

I've used hotels.com for years. First time I have an issue, I booked wrong dates by 1 day and immidiately contacted them. I've sent them emails for 4 weeks now and I haven't got a single reply, they don't care. The booking was for 8000usd but it's not worth their time. Will not be using hotels.com again.

Vodafone Germany is the worst internet provider with useless customer service.I registered for internet from Vodafone. I received the router via mail, connected but somehow I didn't get the reception. I am an English speaker only. Even requesting for English speaker customer service support, when I've been called no one wanted to speak in English with me. They were just dropping the call in a very rude away. I also tried several times to call vodafone and never anyone was speaking English. I know I am in Germany but I expect in a multinational company as Vodafone in 2023, the customer service to speak at least English as a second language.After a while I moved house, my address and requested via Vodafone website for my contract to be moved. Somehow I ended up paying twice monthly for one service. I sent emails to Vodafone but not response and still charged twice monthly.Even the robot/automatic helper "Tobi" is usless.Totally not recommended Vodafone Germany.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, my first time using uber eats yesterday evening for a grocery order , my order arrived quickly however I had items missing from my order, I immediately reached out to uber eats and they refunded me 52p!!! Which didn't cover anywhere near the missing items... I explained this fully and was greeted with generic bot like answers! I've submitted a complaint and even that was closed as uber said they had fully refunded me fully which is a lie! Had no issues with uber taxi service but won't order from uber eats again... Customer services is Non existant with bot like replys or staff who are not capable of dealing with a basic issue.

For some reason long time ago I checked this site, created account (possibly via Facebook connection) and today I am checking Paypal - there is $20 paid for nothing (?) the year I created account. Kaspersky Safe Browser does not allow me to open site and Virus Total shows malware (probaby cookie)? Disappointing...

Literally the worst customer service for a B2B customer ever. We pay them a huge amount per year and they can't even handle a simple query. They've changed their billing mechanism to find ways to sneakily charge businesses WAY more on the sly.Will be migrating away ASAP.Get your act together airtable, really unimpressed.
