Vodafone Germany is the worst internet provider with useless customer service.I registered for internet from Vodafone. I received the router via mail, connected but somehow I didn't get the reception. I am an English speaker only. Even requesting for English speaker customer service support, when I've been called no one wanted to speak in English with me. They were just dropping the call in a very rude away. I also tried several times to call vodafone and never anyone was speaking English. I know I am in Germany but I expect in a multinational company as Vodafone in 2023, the customer service to speak at least English as a second language.After a while I moved house, my address and requested via Vodafone website for my contract to be moved. Somehow I ended up paying twice monthly for one service. I sent emails to Vodafone but not response and still charged twice monthly.Even the robot/automatic helper "Tobi" is usless.Totally not recommended Vodafone Germany.
