If I could leave 0 stars I would, my first time using uber eats yesterday evening for a grocery order , my order arrived quickly however I had items missing from my order, I immediately reached out to uber eats and they refunded me 52p!!! Which didn't cover anywhere near the missing items... I explained this fully and was greeted with generic bot like answers! I've submitted a complaint and even that was closed as uber said they had fully refunded me fully which is a lie! Had no issues with uber taxi service but won't order from uber eats again... Customer services is Non existant with bot like replys or staff who are not capable of dealing with a basic issue.
