Yoast inspired trust for me because they recommended that I didn't purchase their add-on. I asked about it because it was on special offer. Victoria took the time to understand my business and client base, and then said this add-on wasn't right for me. Only a few organisations will forgo a sale if a product isn't right for a customer.
