Very poor service with emirates never going to use them again was give a 1 hour transit at Singerpore aiport which was incorrect should be 3 hours in transit ended up no show because of emirate disability running around the airport no money Boxing Day nothing open stranded in Singerpore airport with family an kids had to borrow money of cousin in Singerpore to pay extra for another flight n the same day this is really upsetting my mum has an illness and I orders a wheel chair which I didn’t get I have complained to agent but getting transferred from emirates and the travel agent I just want my refund back for the extra flight I paid for useless never ever going to use emirates again I have complained to them but been a month still nothing back am not made of money

Have a friend who drive trucks and is on the road 3 weeks out of a month and has been a loyal customer with this company for over 7 years. His service was interrupted but yet they couldn’t extend that payment until Friday, ( 2 days ) so he wouldn’t be traveling without service. We talked and I hope he change his service because that’s just crazy especially with him being a truck driver.

I tried to solve the problem with customer servise 5 TIMES, they promised that I will get an email with information about my package. No information, no package. It's such a big company, how is this possible??? I'm super angry.

After some emails, video and screenshots, the keep telling me that it is in my code!?!?! But i use there standard code. The keep coming up with standard replies without reading the question and issue i got.

Please don’t book through vrbo - it’s a scamI made a booking and paid 1/3 in advance .after one month confirmed booking cancelled by the host - without any notice or explanation.Tried to contact them no reply .Called the vrbo ( twice) for refund - up to this time no refund initiated and stating host is not responding.If I booked / paid through vrbo , responsibility comes with profit and advertising I believe .So please don’t book through them if they can’t accept any responsibility for what they selling. 👍
