Review of emirates
I emailed a complaint but never got a response.I travelled from London health row to Dubai on 6th April 2025 EK4 20.40pm with my husband and 2 sons This was out first time with Emirates. However, we were disappointed with the serviceThe flight was delayed and we were on the plane for over an hour before it took off.My 9 year old accidentally buzzed the attendant as he did not lknow the controls, because he did not want anything she told him off because she had to respond. He later buzzed her for water and a snack as he was hungry (He had had dinner but boys are always hungry, she told him that there were no snacks and gave him a cup of water. The meals were delayed as the ovens were broken this is something we overhead as there was no communication from staff so we could not get any sleep as meals were served so late. My 14 year old son was hungry and there was no consideration to older children. Due to how late the meals were served we could not sleep till late which meant that everyone was exhausted and had a negative impact on day 1 of the holiday.I am lactose intolerant and I asked the staff for soya or oat milk for a coffee to wake me up, staff told me no and said that I can only have it if I was on business class. I explained that they should cater for people with food intolerances and that if I can get alternative milk on easy jet then I should be able to get it on a Emirates flight, she laughed and walked off. I had to call her back so that I could get a drink as she failed to offer me anything else. The staff were not friendly or welcoming and I actually felt that I could not ask for anything, I appreciate that we were economy but I expect Better service. On the way home 13th April 2025 we were called I was referred to as mr. Claire Newman not mrs) as someone had vomitted in the seat that I was supposed to travel in, they wanted to move me from a row in the 40’s to a row in the 70’s away from my family. I informed staff that I paid extra for us all to sit as a family and they said that I had to email for a refund. I said that this was not acceptable and that we should travel together. We were left standing on the plane in the way of other people getting knocked as we were in the way while they cleaned the seat, my 9 year old was crying as even though his dad was with him he was upset that he was not allowed to sit with me. Staff were good cleaning the seat so we could sit together and I was thankful that I got to sit with the family. They had oat milk and gave me a small carton for my coffee which I was very happy about. However, they did run out of Diet Coke.

We stayed at the Bridge inn in Yatton. On arrival we had to look around to find a receptionist. Looking at receptionist the carpet was filthy. We eventually received a key for the room and it was 19 as far a way from reception as possible. Walking down the dirty carpets to the room. The room was clean just the one hole in the carpet and we could smell shake and vac. We were told breakfast was not included so we went out and returned with my brother in law for lunch. Later we went out for the afternoon and evening on return we couldn't get into the room. We called reception no one came. I returned to the room to see if my wife had got no she hadn't so we both returned to reception and after around 20 min someone arrived and very reluctantly reprogrammed our key and we got into the room. A good location but a restaurant and hotel in desperate need of TLCEventually someone arrived.

Review of zillow
Listed my 500k+ property on Zillow in the hot seller's market and got nothing.. and its on purpose. They act like they are innovative and re-thinking the industry whereas they are 100% only catering to the old agent oligarchy. When you list on Zillow, NOW, it shows only on the 'other listings' unless you come through a listing agent. Nobody clicks that button. Or even pays attention. So,.. since my house does not show on the primary page, I'm now stuck giving 3% of my nestegg to a listing agent where Zillow may have gotten a buyer referral if someone wanted to "contact agent". I just listed with an agent and asked that MLS used but Zillow is NOT. I want NOBODY to even click a button that gives Zillow a commission/referral. What a screwed up system in the U.S. we have.. its the good ol-traditional racket and Zillow is just part of that racket now. And its all about $$$$ .. no innovation, just $$$. It's the good ole boys network over there.

I dialed 1800-440-0680 which is your toll free number to customer service. The young man who took my call told me I was rude and disrespectful, because I told him that he was speaking on a different subject. His conversation was not regarding what I asked. He told me he was going to cancel my online order. He yelled at me and hung up on me.I tried to call back and was placed on hold again. After 30 minutes of holding on I hung up and decided to write the review.Extreme unprofessional customer service. I have the time and date of the conversation.I would appreciate a response back regarding this rude employee.

Review of lyft
Every time I try to give lyft another chance, it just blows it again. Immensely incompetent and unpleasant drivers and almost no actual helpful support to intervene. This time I ordered a car and it simply never arrived without any notice.
Review of hp
I’m beyond frustrated with HP. Not only is the quality of their products disappointing, but their customer service is absolutely awful. My laptop has a clear manufacturing defect, but dealing with HP’s support has been one headache after another. When I reached out about the issue, they told me the repair had to go through Elcare Nordic – a service center with horrible reviews. People have shared stories about their laptops coming back damaged or not being repaired at all, and their customer service doesn’t seem to care. Naturally, I refused to send my laptop to such a poorly rated company, but HP kept insisting that Elcare was the only option. What makes this worse is that I’ve dealt with Elcare Nordic before. They handled a phone repair for me, but they didn’t fix it at all. I sent the phone back to them three times, and every time it came back with the same issue. To add insult to injury, Elcare is owned by Elgiganten, which just shows how little accountability they have. So, when HP suggested I send my laptop to Elcare, I knew it would be a disaster waiting to happen. No matter how many times I explained my concerns or pointed out their terrible reputation, HP ignored me and kept pushing for the repair to go through Elcare. To make things worse, they even claimed the damage to my laptop was my fault and said it wasn’t covered under warranty. That’s not true at all – the issue is clearly a manufacturing defect, and I have proof to back it up. But instead of taking responsibility, HP made up excuses and refused to actually help.Honestly, this experience reminded me why I never trusted HP. I had an HP laptop years ago, and their service was just as bad back then. Unfortunately, I ended up buying this laptop by mistake, thinking maybe purchasing their HP Care Pack services would ensure I’d get good service, but that turned out to be completely wrong. They haven’t. They never provided the quality or support I expected, even with the additional coverage.HP’s lack of care for their customers is appalling. From refusing to honor the warranty properly to forcing customers to use unreliable service providers like Elcare Nordic, it’s clear they’re not interested in delivering quality service.I’m done with HP, and I’d warn anyone considering their products to think twice. Their service isn’t worth the hassle, and I’m now looking into legal action to protect my consumer rights.

Review of vrbo
Twice in Athens we had 2 hosts cancel within a short time of the booked stay, both cited damage or "technical" problems with the units from previous occupants. The second cancellation was on the morning of the day of our flight to Athens, so we had no accomodations at that point. VRBO representative said they would refer to another department and call me back within 4 hours.8/17/23 update: still no resolution to this case… in over a month.
Review of justgiving
Just Giving sneakily add at the last minute, a 'donation' for themselves, to 'support' their own admin. They called it a donation to Just Giving. There was no question asking me if I'd like to donate to them. They took the 16% without permission, on top of what I donated, before I realised to late and had payed/clicked by Apple Pay. Disgraceful, sneaky, and I have asked for a refund.
Review of houzz
I received (4) $500 Houzz gift cards for Christmas and wanted to use them to purchase an item that cost over $1,500, but unfortunately, the checkout/payment process would not allow me to use multiple gift cards for the same transaction. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I’ve already contacted Santa to have put HOUZZ on his NAUGHTY LIST!

Review of depop
I sold a hoodie and the buyer was unhappy because they claimed it was fake. The buyer wrote to depop and I received an email telling me to resolve the issue. I spoke to the buyer apologising saying it’s perfectly fine for me to refund it as long as they send it back. Because I didn’t reply to the email depop sent, they just refunded the buyer the item (more then what they payed for it) and have done nothing about the hoodie. So now the buyer has got a free £40 hoodie and the money to go with it. Apparently the buyer is not obligated to send my hoodie back. So he has just got a free hoodie and the money to go with it just because I attempted to sort the issue via the buyer and didn’t respond to their email in time.

Review of uniqlo
Last 3 online orders were late by 1-3 weeks. When I asked them to refund delivery fee, they responded that according to their General Terms, if delivery date is not stated in the confirmation email, then it is 30 calendar days. EVEN THOUGH when confirming an order they showed be the date that was 1 week ahead, but that date was not present in the confirmation email. And they charge 10eur for the delivery!!!
Review of newscientist
The most appalling service I have encountered from a Company, bar none. I got no warning my yearly subscription payment method had expired, just an email to say it had done so. Ok fine - I renewed through Paypal. The payment went through fine. Now 9 days later, I still haven't had my account updated as paid, I have had zero answers to my emails, and the telephone number on the email they originally sent doesn't even work. Each time I have spoken to someone on the phone about this, it's been like navigating a maze trying to get to the correct person, and each time they promised it was now resolved, nothing changed.
