We stayed at the Bridge inn in Yatton. On arrival we had to look around to find a receptionist. Looking at receptionist the carpet was filthy. We eventually received a key for the room and it was 19 as far a way from reception as possible. Walking down the dirty carpets to the room. The room was clean just the one hole in the carpet and we could smell shake and vac. We were told breakfast was not included so we went out and returned with my brother in law for lunch. Later we went out for the afternoon and evening on return we couldn't get into the room. We called reception no one came. I returned to the room to see if my wife had got no she hadn't so we both returned to reception and after around 20 min someone arrived and very reluctantly reprogrammed our key and we got into the room. A good location but a restaurant and hotel in desperate need of TLCEventually someone arrived.
