Ordered a pair of sneakers for my son online for his birthday. Price was 74.99. When I got I got the store the sales person said oh I was hoping you would call we just updated out system and it is showing that you picked them up already we just need to get your information. I said oh okay no worries it happens. Checked my bank account this morning and found not 1 but 2 charges for 74.99. I bought 1 pair of sneakers, I call customer service and "Chad" said oh yes thei first 74.99 is a pre-authorization to make sure the funds are available. EXCUSE ME!!! Why don't you just decline the transaction if the funds are available like a normal company??? He said yes I'm sorry but again it's to make sure funds are available. Okay well that is the dumbest thing I have ever heard and I order offline ALL THE TIME! It will take 2-5 business days to go back into your account. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP DSW AGAIN, EVER.. I'm a pretty understanding person, mistakes happen, but this was no mistake this was intentional double charge. And that is HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!

Wow I have been trying to build the Ferrari Tecnic model now for 5 weeks, and I am still struggling to get it right. I have building tecnic models for several years now & although I am 75 years old until this model which I do one a year in the autumn this is without doubt the most difficult & disappointing model I have ever experienced. So much black on black building, disappointing instructions, small & infuriating inter locking pieces. My model isn’t finished yet but by goodness I will be glad if ever it is !!!Very disappointed.

We had to buy a refrigerator during the pandemic. Good thing we bought a extended warranty. We had to have refrigerator changed out 3x times. Followed by years of repair calls. Last repair call they could not get a part and gave use our money back from original purchase. Sound great, right? We waited 7 hours for delivery. The refrigerator that was delivered was dented in three places, the draws on the inside were cracked and broken. Run don't walk away from buying anything at Best Buy. N e v e r again.

I have been a long time user (since 2008) of Parallels but have never had to contact support until a few weeks agoA year ago I needed a second Parallels Desktop license. This year I only need the one. There is no way of removing a license & paying for the other. It appears to be both or none.I contacted support & was told to open a new account (purchasing one license) but that would mean paying more for one license than I was for twoI was asked to contact sales & was given an email address & US phone number. I did not want to make an international call (I am un UK) so emailed sales - No response. I emailed again - As yet no response.I asked support (via the same ticket) to help. Call sales they said. There is nothing we can do.More than once I asked support to escalate my ticket - No responseMore than once I asked how do I make a formal complaint - No response.Out of options I have now purchased the perpetual license (which has less functionality).I will use that version until VMware are ready with VMware Fusion (I have an M1 Mac). It's currently in beta but as yet there is no way to import a Parallels virtual machine.

Medium provides sub-par content and expects people to pay for it. In a time where magazines and newspapers with real authors have articles that are free, Medium takes the moral low ground by allowing mostly unrefined writers post useless articles that don't really provide any value.They really need to either become part of a larger organization like Oath, AOL or something and charge nothing or find another way to earn revenue.Otherwise, it's a total rip off and I woudln't suggest anyone pay anything to that site.

I learned about this from someone who started writing for Medium. They suggested I write for Medium as a way of bypassing the magazine marketing racket. Since I'm a veteran writer/journalist, author and expert on psychological issues (being a licensed therapist myself) I figured this would be easier than doing my own blog. I've also read articles by what I consider good writers that are well researched and/or topical. I still don't know the lay of the land as a writer on medium (how it all works), but I appreciate having a forum to write things that may not make it into conventional magazines. It's also a great way for new writers to get started. Maybe I'll change my mind down the line, but for right now, thumbs up!

Terrible UI and incredibly buggy. I am genuinely under the belief that they have to have some kind of contract with colleges across the country that require them to use Cengage because I have no other idea on why anyone would continue to support and implement Cengage into their courses. An absolute trainwreck and nothing but headaches for the student and teachers alike. I went out of my way to make an account on this website just to give this company a one star...IT'S THAT BAD.

Spent 2 two hours on the phone and sent 14 emails, was promised to be contacted by the relocation team in the morning and never heard back from them. They did not care that the house was not cleaned, the bed sheets were dirty and their was an awful smell throughout. The host was listed as as private yet they were a business. VRBO did not seem to care that the host breached their own policies. Avoid at all costs!!

I am in the UK and I have Bought a Tesla Powerwall 2 and I have to say I have had nothing but problems. The software appears to have a bug that stops me changing any settings, no matter what I do they revert.Ive been waiting over a week for a response from their email address (which I had to dig for). I currently have a useless battery as the fixed settings mean it wont charge at cheap rate. This really is poor.

Almost 2 weeks without fridge in the summer. Will probably be more since they still haven't decided if they will repair it or replace it. No communication unless i try hard and every time they tell me they ll call after 2-3 business days. Fridge was under warranty too...

Today I had to get a delivery from IKEA, the driver arrived at my address and went around, making circles, trying to find my address. He didn't call or try to reach me out, I went outside to show him where to park but he just left and didn't deliver any items to me. Then I called customer support and asked if the driver can come back and deliver the items. He spoke to the driver and it wasn't possible so after that I got a booking for delivery on day which doesn't suit me at all. I was transferred to another person in customer support and after a long conversation it turned out that there was no order and none of my items in the truck at all. Although I got a tracking link and information from IKEA that my order will be delivered today from 12:30 to 15:30, and didn't get any cancellation prove. So in the end we agreed that the click and collect will be picked up. Even though we found a solution, I find it completely unprofessional from IKEA's side, from the driver's side or carriers side, and from the customer service side, as I did not receive any notification that my order will not be delivered today. The driver was at my address, but didn't call and just left. I find service very unprofessional which led to lost day for me!

Watched Tracy Grimshaw interview the Prime Minister what a difference.Tracy asked all the hard questions without being aggressive rude and disrespectful and was answered. ABC Leigh and Patricia perhaps Tracy could teach you how to conduct interviews.
