Shocking Customer Service

I have been a long time user (since 2008) of Parallels but have never had to contact support until a few weeks agoA year ago I needed a second Parallels Desktop license. This year I only need the one. There is no way of removing a license & paying for the other. It appears to be both or none.I contacted support & was told to open a new account (purchasing one license) but that would mean paying more for one license than I was for twoI was asked to contact sales & was given an email address & US phone number. I did not want to make an international call (I am un UK) so emailed sales - No response. I emailed again - As yet no response.I asked support (via the same ticket) to help. Call sales they said. There is nothing we can do.More than once I asked support to escalate my ticket - No responseMore than once I asked how do I make a formal complaint - No response.Out of options I have now purchased the perpetual license (which has less functionality).I will use that version until VMware are ready with VMware Fusion (I have an M1 Mac). It's currently in beta but as yet there is no way to import a Parallels virtual machine.
