Legacy of misled promises - consistency!!!

I moved away from ATT about 10 years ago, for some reason - my wife stayed with them for 18+ years. And all that loyalty got us what? Misled promises. Period.We were strolling down grocery store and ATT guy lured us into Fiber Optic Internet connection which is supposed to be 'WOW'.I never bought the hype but they promised its cheaper than what we were paying and since my wife has been wireless user - we get additional $20 discount + $300 gift card.What happens next:Gift card never arrived - so I called - and they are like - oh but you did not confirm that you wanted gift card. W.T.F. Anyway - after 50 mins calls - they release the gift card.And when I asked about $20 credit for using wireless plan at the same address (which was the condition) - they said - it takes few months and the excess we paid will be refunded and the discounted rates will apply.I check in every 3 months or so and after a total of 9 months - they tell me - kid you not - I have chat transcripts, that plan is no longer available.W.T.F.ATT signs up customers who want to save money luring them into false promises and then after they are stuck with ATT - they tell you "that plan is no longer available".I am not surprised by this behavior because this was the reason I moved out of ATT network. But due to changes in employment and to save few bucks - I 'believed' them again to be misled yet again.ATT wireless service in our area is patchy too...I have had ZERO drop calls in years in this area but with ATT service - that's no problem - we have miles of 'patchy service'.ATT continues its legacy...at least they are consistent in screwing people of their hard earned money.Time to look for another service I guess.

I have already provided all available proof regarding the payment method, including documents that clearly show the name, address, and the last four digits of the card. I’m unsure what more is required, especially considering every payment is authorized at the time of placing an order.It’s extremely frustrating that my account remains locked over this, even after submitting the requested documents. I currently have several missing orders and cannot track or return them due to restricted access.If you're still not satisfied with the provided proofs, I request that you remove the card in question and immediately reopen my account. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to consider legal action.

On Dec 15 2018 i ordered a outside play house for my grandson for his Christmas present 20 weeks later after several automatically generated emails and correspondence with them they have said the item is now not available and will refund my money.At one point they even had the audacity to say that I had received the item and would be sending someone to check at my home that the item was not there lolI am absolutely furious!I even offered them a solution to the situation which was to offer me an alternative of similar value which they did not takeThey clearly do not understand the concept of customer service, do not care and do not deserve my custom Whole service is a complete shambles!

If I could score no stars at all!BBC is not about facts anymore. Brexit referendum unmasked the true face of another propaganda media which was so much trusted before the referendum. Openly biased against Brexit, the BBC showed contempt for democracy. I no longer watch BBC News which is about woke and opinionated self acclaimed know it all news-reporters/correspondents.That man correspondent from America about Trump, the most disgusting of them all and followed by Fiona Question Time, Emily and Laura K.

Outrageous increase in Subscription price

Unfortunately they have just increased my subscription price by more than 33% in one go. This after they posted an article in their own financial section boasting of increased subscribers and 25% increase in operating profit. I have now cancelled, in their reply to my complaint they have shown no interest in keeping my custom.

Somebody hacked my account. They changed my online ID and my password so when I try to go to support I can’t tell the robot my stupid ID and email. Because they changed my ID and my password. Nobody answers the phone so it says too many people on the line call back later. I think this company is bull. And probably will not purchase any further from them.

Going to give them ONE LAST CHANCE , to pay out My $73.10 USD they've been hanging on to since 2007! ( They kept sending some USA tax form request and NEVER ANSWERED MY QUERIES RELATED to WHY as I lived in the EU! They require 3d verification in payment to easily save your card and deduct money when needed without prior notice. I requested to cancel the plan but they still continue to deduct monthly from my card. I will report this to the authorities. They are going to steal.

Samsung is refusing to give a refund for a product that I never received. The package was lost during shipping 6 months ago and I still have not received my money back. They cannot provide a reason for why they won't refund me. They have stolen $650 from a public school teacher. Do not buy anything from them!

The company is all welcome when it comes to deposits. NO KYC (Know Your Client) NO AML (anti money laundering) procedures they just dont care. When it comes to withdrawing though then thats a different story. All of a sudden compliance becomes an issue. If you request to create a fiat account (which is not automated in 2025 ha ha what a mess) you must upload documentation ONLY THROUGH A PHOTOGRAPH (while everything is digital) and takes forever to review. Support answers vaguely without ANY help and they dont care basically if you want to withdraw your money. If you want to deposit it takes 5 minutes. NOT to mention the fact that they have a “sell” function for your crypto implying sell from crypto to your currency EUR/USD/AUD/CAD etc etc which only allows you to convert into other cryptocurrencies scamming you out of HUGE AMOUNTS in fees… this company is a scam and shouldnt be dealt with. PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
