On Dec 15 2018 i ordered a outside play house for my grandson for his Christmas present 20 weeks later after several automatically generated emails and correspondence with them they have said the item is now not available and will refund my money.At one point they even had the audacity to say that I had received the item and would be sending someone to check at my home that the item was not there lolI am absolutely furious!I even offered them a solution to the situation which was to offer me an alternative of similar value which they did not takeThey clearly do not understand the concept of customer service, do not care and do not deserve my custom Whole service is a complete shambles!
