We booked a flight through Virgin Atlantic website using Delta airline in May 2022 but Delta did not find our internal bookings when we are at the gate in LAX airport saying we have to leave a child at the airport by herself or pay $1000 business class to book a last minutes seat to Hawaii. They said that we can request a refund to Delta and Virgin Atlantic airline later on but they refused to pay the money back although we paid all the fees. Please refund money.

Beware ! Unbelievable online purchase experience from Sharaf DG. The product HP printer smart tank 795 was clearly mentioned on the sealed box But the product inside was HP smart tank 790. The model number is not visible on the product as it is mentioned inside the tank flap and if unnoticed cannot be verified. Is this a new way of generating profits by deceiving customers as the difference between the two products is approximately AED 200. This cannot be an error as the product was sealed in a box, it was deliberate.It is advised to buyers to check the small inscriptions on the product even in a sealed box.WHO IS RESPONSIBLE ?

I called and finally got a live rep for HP instant ink and printer assistance. The end rep ended up being ok. He talked me into one of their newer Envy printers. He canceled the older printer subscription and supposed to have added the new one. Now Im out of ink and can get my shipment that I'm being charged for and can not get anyone on the phone. They pick up and sit there. This printer total price is a little over $300.00. If I cancel the whole thing I get charged full price. As long as it's on an instant ink plan and they can charge me everything is good, for them! But I need help and I can not get a live rep or anyone lucid enough to understand my request. No ink, can't print, no help. Im frustrated and I can not STAND HP. I'm better off purchasing my ink and dealing with my own hassles. Their ink program has gone to the dogs, because we can not get any help. One of the worst decisions I ever made was to sign up with them.

This is not so much about eBay, (but they should be helping customers) but more about the sellers on their site, CCTVBOX sold me a tv box that stopped working 6 months from new and comes with a 12 month warranty, which is still valid. There is no way to contact CCTVBOX other than through the eBay app. The problem is eBay CCTVBOX have decided to ignore my pleas to fix this tv box, and you at eBay are not helping matters, you have not done a thing to help me with this problem, it would be a simple message from you reminding your sellers of their obligations when it comes to warrantees. After all due to your rules of communications I have no other way to contact them. This company is not registered with companies house and therefore it will be hard for me to pursue them with any legal course of action. The ball seems to be well and truly in eBay's court.

This means the buyer got both the item and the money – and I, the seller, was left with nothing. This is outright theft, enabled by eBay’s system.I appealed multiple times and provided all necessary evidence. Instead of investigating the matter, eBay suspended my account permanently without justification. Their so-called “support” offers nothing but generic replies, zero accountability, and blatant disregard for seller rights.This isn’t a one-off case. Many small sellers globally are suffering due to eBay’s biased policies that favor scammers and penalize honest sellers. eBay is facilitating and profiting from fraud, while thousands like me are being robbed of our hard-earned money.I urge to investigate and expose this unethical corporate behavior.
