The company is all welcome when it comes to deposits. NO KYC (Know Your Client) NO AML (anti money laundering) procedures they just dont care. When it comes to withdrawing though then thats a different story. All of a sudden compliance becomes an issue. If you request to create a fiat account (which is not automated in 2025 ha ha what a mess) you must upload documentation ONLY THROUGH A PHOTOGRAPH (while everything is digital) and takes forever to review. Support answers vaguely without ANY help and they dont care basically if you want to withdraw your money. If you want to deposit it takes 5 minutes. NOT to mention the fact that they have a “sell” function for your crypto implying sell from crypto to your currency EUR/USD/AUD/CAD etc etc which only allows you to convert into other cryptocurrencies scamming you out of HUGE AMOUNTS in fees… this company is a scam and shouldnt be dealt with. PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

after three weeks i have not been contacted by customer service and they have not refunded my money! they just closed my account out of nowhere. be careful! they stole all of my client's money and do not want to pay or return it. good thing the problem was promptly resolved after filing my verdict through R stex.

Had 3 out of 4 VRBO bookings cancelled— one on the same day as the reservation and the other 2 within one week of the reservation. Know in advance that just because VRBO confirms the booking after you pay does not mean that it cannot be canceled at any time.

I thought that Reddit going to be great tool for resources where I can dig for true, learn new things and also share my knowledge and experience. Reddit is absolutely full of lying individuals, absolutely toxic, hatred received by ignorant kids when answering some people trying to help, and admins in so called communities they are corrupted to the bones with crypto promoting products, corporations if not money then just spreading the lies and banning people for digging for the truth. Absolutely waste of time, I would call it Red-deed and should be redstar in the logo. This service is a guardian of the most trendy opinions nothing with the truth, how it works is absolutely like in the worts totalitarian systems north Korea, Stalin Russia in nutshell. Moods at most disgusting people on this earth, biased, bossy with ignorant approach. Toxicity, hatred, moderated topic to promote products or hide the truth. Gatekeepers, guardians for toxic people. Keep yourself self away from this place and guard your kids because violence, porn and disgusting content is just normalised there. Waste if time. It should be off permanently.

Visited the Craigs Stirling station a few times recently to drop off some beer kegs. I was twice dealt with by the same older woman who I presume was in charge as she kept telling me that she was too busy doing her health and safety. She has the worst customer service that I have ever witnessed, talking down to me and not being very helpful on both visits. She basically doesnt like beer hawk returns. I will never revisit this station to either do my returns or to purchase petrol again. She needs some training and also you need to replace her printer which is not working as she always tells me.

I visited this BP bulls yesterday evening, and the staff was rude and unwelcoming . The staff was on the counter, and as soon as they saw me coming towards the counter, they went to the coffee counter and started cleaning. I waited for 2 mins to buy a water bottle, but I was ignored, and I had to leave without buying that water bottle. Very rude staff and I won't be visiting that BP store anymore. Worst customer service.
