Review applies to Holiday Inn Express on Potomac Blvd, Mt Vernon, Ill--- Windows dirty, 2nd floor hall carpet dirty, Luggage cart rickety and very noisy, Lobby coffee was cold,Only one coffee pod in the in-room coffee, towels short of a wash cloth and face towel. after a bad experience with Groupon some years ago, I decided to try them again...still useless. Tried to make a purchase and it said payment failed (I done know why, same credit card I use every day) tried again with PayPal, again failed. No way to contact support...same as always...HORRIBLE!

Auto-Renewal Scammers

My ex partner purchased a gopro for me a year ago, with a free 12 months subscription. We are no longer together, and we no longer have the camera - and this weekend her card gets charged the auto-renewal fee. I spoke with customer service, and they were not willing to give a refund because it's in the t&cs. What kind of customer service is that? We have been charged £50 for something that we do not want or need, most companies would simply refund the fee and close the subscription. Is it any wonder why companies like DJI are doing well? I will no longer be using gopro, total rip off company

Gopro its a scam nothing else .. as subsciber i try to get my promised 100 off to purchase new gopro 12 so i contact customer service about 3 weeks ago but now i spoken to them and its impossible to get my 100 off becouse the camera is now on offer so the price for subscriber and non subscirber is same so whats the point of the subscription to get the 100 off if its impossible to get it .. thats not our fold that the camera is in sale its doesnt mension in the agrement when you can get the 100 off ... the operator promised me 3 days ago that they will sort the issue and i will get my offer but now he said i cant .. whats the service for customer just to get money for subsctiption .. its shame .. i will contact the right organisation and 100% i will not leave this like that

My order item was missing so I would not recommend any one to buy online. No doubt quality of there product is so good but delivery is very disappointing. It took ages to get your order delivered and finally when you receive the order and items are missing, this Is the worst part of that.

Review of Zoom

Warning: Zoom provide no Tech Support for 'basic' license

Warning - for anyone who signs up for basic zoom license this means you do not get any technical support. This is by design. When I called the helpline and entered my zoom credentials the automated bot stated that it didnt recognize them (so you dont get to speak to a human). When I used the online support to raise a ticket - it was closed instantly as said it "didn't recognize" my zoom credentials even though I was logged in and providing the exact credentials displayed by zoom. To check what was happening I called, and this time selected the option to BUY zoom products. Of course that resulted in speaking with a human instantly. They then told me what Zoom doesn't offer any technical support for anyone on the basic license - even if you are logged in etc. There is also no online ticketing (it instantly closes your ticket without resolution). The best you can hope for is the online articles, which in my case did not resolve the issue. So - if you are using zoom/rely on it - check if your license says 'basic'. And if it does, be aware that if you encounter any tech issues you will not get any support.

BUNCH OF SCAMMERS! I went on website to update maps and transferred to chat line which then i was told i have to speak to a technician that is going to call me - BTW tried this twice with two different technicians two different days - both beat around the bush until they both came up with conclusion that I have to pay more money to update my Garmin GPS maps. I paid for the unit over $300 i should be able to update maps without having to pay more and more money. I was told all i have to do is go on line and update the maps every few months. now suddenly they want more money????? SCAMMERS! to hell with them.

Terrible wifi, RUDE customer service, NO CONTACTS

I started a wifi contract 2 months ago. The internet has always been unstable but overall acceptable. Three days ago it stopped working completely. I sent a notice through the app and it is still "in arbeit". In the meantime, I missed important deadlines at work since I had to work from home. Today I tried to contact the customer service by phone (which was hard for a non-german speaker, since the call starts with a german voicemail asking stuff) and I have been treated very rudely by two different operators that refused to speak english and therefore to help me. I understand that we are in Germany, but from an internationally operating company like Vodafone, I expect a certain willingness to assist, especially when it concerns such a central service. They literally hung up the phone when I asked if we could speak english. It is unacceptable that no solution has been offered for a paid service, even though this clearly falls within their area of responsibility.

Southwest Airlines is garbage

Southwest Airlines is garbage, trash, everything else I can think of. The flights were all delayed and all sorts of messed up. The staff didn’t know anything, overall just a horrendous experience. I will probably never fly with southwest again.

Service is imp - even for free customers

So, I've been using the free Sendgrid service (I just have very low volume as of now and can take some risks). Their system first of all doesn't always work correctly - email formatting shows visually off sometimes, cannot delete contacts by deleting the full list.But worst of all is their service: I had an issue with not being on dedicated ips and yahoo blocking my emails so I've been reaching out for 2 days and their response is to reach out to yahoo? Really? You want a customer to diagnoze with yahoo why a sendgrid ip is blocked? And they are trying to push me the paid plans which are so expensive compared to other options. So, why should I stay a customer. Next time around, they might hold me ransom again and say "here, buy this upgrade". I am looking to switch to better service.2 stars only cause they've worked so far for me even with a free plan.

I've lost my workspace with bug in their system, while team removed my workspace from their workspace which is hilarious severe bug, more and more I get in touch with their support for more than 5 days and no one replies to my emails, I don't like this platform and I'll switch into clickup.
