Warning - for anyone who signs up for basic zoom license this means you do not get any technical support. This is by design. When I called the helpline and entered my zoom credentials the automated bot stated that it didnt recognize them (so you dont get to speak to a human). When I used the online support to raise a ticket - it was closed instantly as said it "didn't recognize" my zoom credentials even though I was logged in and providing the exact credentials displayed by zoom. To check what was happening I called, and this time selected the option to BUY zoom products. Of course that resulted in speaking with a human instantly. They then told me what Zoom doesn't offer any technical support for anyone on the basic license - even if you are logged in etc. There is also no online ticketing (it instantly closes your ticket without resolution). The best you can hope for is the online articles, which in my case did not resolve the issue. So - if you are using zoom/rely on it - check if your license says 'basic'. And if it does, be aware that if you encounter any tech issues you will not get any support.
